Woman who worked night shift on 8-9-23,I came in around 9:30pm and let’s just say wonderful service,she was so sweet and understood what I wanted on my sub and did not disappoint,when I ate the sub the veggies and meat were evenly distributed with every bite.

My daughter & I went there for lunch and we both agreed, it is def the worst Subway we’ve ever been to! The employees were un-freindly, the pop tasted moldy (like they don’t clean their spickets), the lettuce was brown and the place looked dirty. We were both pretty disgusted 🙁

This Location has been going downhill in customer service recently ever since the remodel. They are turning customers away left and right during lunch times, the last 3 times( 3 separate weeks) I was there I have been turned away by their manager. ..Explaining that they are completely out of bread, unless you order online? And then for example today I went in around 1:10 PM and was turned away because they were busy working on a truck and had no time for customers ….I explained to the manager that I was going to tell the owner that she is turning away customers left and right and she explained to me that that it is not me, but that they are understaffed .again the door was unlocked, but a note was taped to the door saying that they were closed and doing truck. I would love for the owner of this establishment to reach out to me customer service has been very bad lately. When I asked the manager what her name is so I could explain the situation to the owner she explains to me that she does not have to tell me her name.. so I said that’s fine I’m sure he knows who the manager is that is working right now on November 1st at 1:10 PM thank you and I left.

I was not very happy with my visit rotisserie chicken head big chunks of chicken the spinach and lettuce with brown and black it was disgusting they would not take my coupon for a half sub I ordered a cookie and the girl never gave it to me or Nor charge me. I will never go back there again the service was good but the food choices were disgusting

I ordered online to save some time, I ordered two subs, I put it on the app to where both were to be toasted. Neither sub was toasted, the one sub didn’t have the cheese I ordered, didn’t have extra cheese like I ordered, bacon on one sub and chicken on both subs was ice cold. The app said it would be 2:15 when we could pick it up(I ordered it at 1:30ish) I walk in at 1:47 with it ready for me to pick it up. The receipt says that it was ready at 1:45. I tried to do a survey on the app but the receipt didn’t have the store number and I couldn’t find it online so I couldn’t leave a review online. I love subway but this was just poor for them.

Every time there’s an issue at this subway. Ordered a pizza a steak and cheese wrap add bacon and another sub. We didn’t get the pizza. And the steak wrap was cold out of the fridge. Go back to get it remade and to get the pizza, they forget the bacon on the sub ‍♂️ ‍♂️ Go to a different location place to eat and spare yourself the anger of dealing with this place…
