Ordered an online pick up order, got there 10mins after pick up, wasn’t done. One customer in the store 2 employees. Waited 10 more mins for my sandwich. Got home and saw it wasn’t right. Tried to call the store, no answer. Super mad.

This is the best subway I have ever been to. Service was AMAZING. The woman in charge greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Even though they were very busy they completed orders with almost super human abilities. The food was fresh and the sandwiches were like you see on the commercials. Compared to other subways in the area this one is by far the best one. Super clean and everyone had a mask. I feel safe eating at this subway

This was a gas station Subway off Exit 213 on I70 East about 2 hrs outside of Columbus and it was a little run down but the staff was friendly and the service was nice and quick. The sandwiches were made well. I haven’t been to a Subway in awhile but it wasn’t bad as Subway places go. It’s definitely due for an update though. The spicy Italian sub was good and certainly hit the spot. I was famished though so my judgment could have been slightly off since I could have eaten just about anything.
