Egg Drop Soup had plenty of eggs and corn. Philadelphia Roll (cucumber, cream cheese and smoked salmon) was very flavorful. Chicken and Broccoli Combo with Fried Rice had a little too much salt for me and the Pork Egg Roll was bland.

Excellent Chinese food in the Kenosha area. Portions were large, prices were great, and most importantly – the quality of the food was superb. The lady that took my order showed incredible hospitality and was very nice. China Star will be my go-to spot for Chinese food from now on. The General Tso chicken and pork fried rice are my top favorite items here.

The owner is so sweet and welcoming. It is my first time here with my parents but the owner remember my parents from over a month ago AND THEIR ORDERS! The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is delicious. It’s not as oily as other restaurants of this cuisine. The house fried rice was 5/5 stars ⭐️ (pictured: seafood delight, spicy and hot beef, and shrimp with peas poses Not pictured: house fried rice that was demolished).

I called for carryout crab rangoon. my husband arrived a lot later than expected to pick up the order. Not only were they delicious with lots of filling, but also still very hot when he got home. Very affordable and nice staff.

I love ordering from here, they are so kind and the food is always very delicious, this is my favorite place to get Lo Mein from. The staff are just so pleasant and I’ve recently been trying various sushi here as well, which in Wisconsin can be pretty hit or miss, but has always been a hit coming from here! Would absolutely reccommend China Star ovet most other places in the area for both quality of food and pricing.

I doordashed the food and I have to say, I am impressed. I am usually really skeptical when it comes to American Chinese food. I have had some taste like it was cooked off dirty pans…and have had bland American Chinese, but this place is very flavorful! I really love your lomein and vegetable fried rice! The egg drop soup is delicious! I never ate some with corn in it before! It does not taste dirty at all. I’ll come back for more =)

First time coming in the restaurant was clean and organized. The lady in the front was incredibly nice. I loved the food the only thing that knocked the stars down for me was the orange chicken, it had pieces of the oranges skin inside and I could tell them apart once you fully dig in but not at the beginning and I ate a piece of it which was not a great start just be wary of that! Still very good and I 100% recommend!

Absolutely delicious! China Star Restaurant is one of my favorite spots for Chinese food. The dishes are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I especially love their chicken dumplings and chicken katsu and chow Mei fin— it’s consistently tasty and comes out hot every time. And according to it spices

Food was super delicious and a very good portion and priced very well! Order was ready quick and the lady who helped me was super nice! All of my coworkers come here for lunch and now I will too and I’ll tell my friends and family. Very good restaurant.

The flavor of the food was good but sadly all of the vegetables were very mushy and over cooked. The beef and seafood was very good but the pork tasted kind of questionable like it had been refrigerated, and reheated. The spring roll tasted like freezer burn? The staff was very friendly and nice however and ran after us to make sure we didn’t forget our appetizers 10/10 for the staff service. Maybe the chef has been having a hard time lately or something.
