Here I am a month later (see immediately previous review) posting yet another bad review of this place bc I once again submitted an order online, paid tip in advance, & picked this sandwich up on my way to work. Once again they didn’t follow the order request & left items off my sandwich completely while drenching it in sauces that were requested to be added in the “less” amount. Asked for “more” spinach, got none. Asked for “less” onions, got none. Asked for “less” of the chosen sauces, got it drenched. The store manager has not responded to my reviews or emails at all so clearly her lack of care is why her “sandwich artists” prepare orders with a lack of care. Even though this location is the most convenient for me on my way to work, I’ll now be exclusively going to the other location in town.

Bad sandwich artistry. Missing cheese completely on a sandwich that’s supposed to come with 2x cheese is horrid. Put extra onions instead of less onions, but did not put the requested extra cucumbers. Put lettuce I requested none of instead of the spinach I requested. Completely disappointed. And I pre tipped $2 ahead on a less than $9 sandwich to ensure it would be made with care when I couldn’t be there in person at time of preparation. That adds to the level of disappointment I’m experiencing as I prepare to eat this let down of a sandwich.

They were super rude and we ended up paying $50 For 2 subs because we ordered online when we told them the name the said “nope different name” and they wouldn’t look at our phone to see that we ordered! Would not recommend!!

Very upset. I have ordered 3x in the past 7 days and didn’t receive items I had to pay for extra on them. Then tonight I order a salad with extra cucumbers and I received 3 cucumbers in the whole salad and they looked so disgusting. I called the store and the 1st girl who answered listened to what I had to say and instead of apologies she passed me off to some one else who gets onto the phone and says what’s your problem. I once again explained to her what happened and I was upset over it. She proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing they can do over the quality of the cucumbers. I said isn’t subways moto eat fresh? Then I explained to her that in training they would have taught her that wasn’t fresh and not to serve it. She laughed and hung up on me.

I have come here three separate times now, and walked out before even being able to even order. Service here has been absolutely horrible every time. The restaurant front has never actually looked clean, but hey I have tried to give them a chance.

Disappointed they didn’t have the flatbread cause the bread i got with the chicken was soggy due to chicken i had on it was nasty biting into it also Disappointed they don’t have vitamin water best drink they had something other then soda I will never eat subway again after today

It’s an average Subway. The food is good and the service is timely and courteous.
The location is convenient if you’re in town.

It’s really hit or miss here, the one on white woman st. Is way better. (both pissed me off during the start of the pandemic) but anyways last week was a miss here, especially for my family that ate with me. I ordered my kids and I subs before we got there and had a family member meet us there and she ordered while I paid for drinks that the kids wanted. I had a issue with my card but resolved it by the time my family member paid. When my family member paid the cashier didn’t give here the correct change and was rude. We go to eat and my daughters sub is so soggy from the ton of Buffalo sauce they put on it. It just falls apart. The manager kindly makes another on which I appreciate. Like the manager is great but I don’t understand why she tolerates how rude her employees are and I’m not just talking this time, I’m talking one employee in particular is always freaking rude..maybe it’s because she shows up for work everyday and every where is understaffed but honestly if I didn’t like cold cuts and low carb options at subway.. I wouldn’t go there and I’d drive out to the other every time but it’s convenient to go to this subway ♀️ my family member realized later that the rude employee shorted her 8$ in change..like she doesn’t live I town either so it really was inconvenient for her and the customer service here from employees needs to improve. Period.

What a wonderful surprise this morning. I went to the store to ask the manager if I could buy some bread, when I looked in the case and saw that the old turkey was back, it wasn’t the square slimy turkey that was being substituted due to turkey shortage. My husband has a very sensitive stomach and the turkey subs were one thing he could tolerate. The staff here are great and had nothing to do with why I stopped getting the turkey subs it was the quality of the meat which they have no control of, as long as they keep the round thin sliced turkey I will be purchasing the subs once again
