Landon made our subs tonight and they was perfect! We would get subs a lot more if he was making them! Our sandwichs was delicious! We got a spicy Italian & Philly steak. Both works had a great attitude and was very friendly. We really enjoyed our sandwich this evening. Thank you Landon for doing a great job making our subs & letting me joke with you. They differently was very filling. You both deserve a pat on the back! Keep up the smiling faces.

I was on my way back home from a long day and I still had a ways to travel to get to where I was going, so I decided stop at this location to to purchase two special order Philly steak subs, when I walked into the shop it was busting with customers but I still didn’t have to wait very long, there was a young waitress who’s summoned me over to take my order and it didn’t take long for me to know that she was a probie, for being new at customer service the new waitress did a excellent job, with all the customers the three waitresses was hustling to keep up with the customers demands, somehow my order got mixed up and I did not realized it until I got my order to the house yes I was somewhat upset knowing I had to travel back to get the right order, when I walk back into the shop The waitresses with a excitedto see me and started apologizing immediately I went above and beyond to make things right, all three waitresses has my five star review

We ordered about 24 minutes before the store closed and ordered 4 subs and was told that we could only receive meats cause the veggie bar was already closed. They were not very good that way. However stopped back in next day with receipt and manager was happy to fully refund the meal and comp us with 4 subs to replace the night before. After that decided to return and was excellent service

I was having a bad day… I also work in food service and I had a 5 hour rush and it was very busy where I work… We have total of 10 employees at my place of business… I stopped at the Crooksville Ohio on May 6th, 2022 and the young man who was working, paid for my sub… There was only two employees at that time, a female and this amazing young man, I don’t know his name but I can say; an amazing thank you!!!

I ordered a platter and left a 20 dollar tip for the short notice and the person who made my platter didnt recieve the tip or even know anything about it. Sounds like some greedy misers own this establishment. Keep your tips unless you’re handing them to the person yourself.
