This is my 5th visit to Prosecco in the last 12 months. It’s been consistent each time: the meals are good, but the service needs a little attention.

Upon sitting down at our table, we were presented with four pieces of French bread and a dish of there special herb and olive oil dip. The bread was fresh and the dipping sauce was very good.

We started off with the waiter’s suggestion of arancini (rice balls). For $15.00, I expected more than two golf ball sized rice balls in an anemic pool of red sauce. I found it odd that each ball had one little piece of cheese and one pea inside. That’s right, one pea. I guess I was paying for how precise these little balls were made. Were they good? They were okay, but nothing special.

When the waiter asked how the arancini was, I politely expressed my displeasure with the $15.00 appetizer. Instead of expressing empathy or understanding, he defended the small plate. I didn’t feel comfortable in the restaurant after that.

As mentioned, we were served four pieces of bread upon sitting down. By the time we were served our main dish, my girl and I had eaten a piece of bread before our appetizer and during our appetizer. We were now out of bread, and all I wanted was one more piece with my spaghetti dinner. I asked our waiter for “…just a little more bread, please.” He replied that there would be an additional charge for any more bread. I, again, politely declined. I can’t help but feel that my criticism of their arancini was coming back to bite me.

The fresh pasta and their homemade sauce was terrific, and it’s the reason I came back. Unfortunately, with all the negativity I felt during my meal, I will probably not be back.

This place has good food. Unfortunately when I arrived, my entire purpose for going was to get the gnocchi and they said they didn’t have any that day. The penne was ok, it spectacular. The lobster pasta dish was very good and the lobster was cooked perfectly. The chocolate ice cream was weird and had something weird in the middle of it so I didn’t like that at all. All the pasta is apparently made fresh daily though so everything is super fresh. Their sauce is also very good.

We ate here for a late lunch. There were only 2 other tables occupied. We had the calamari, minestrone soup and baked eggplant with angel hair pasta. For dessert we had the panna cotta pistachio flavor,
The service was not as expected or appropriate for such light seating. Several times we had to ask another waitress for water. Only when the bill was to be paid did we get attention.
The eggplant was very good baked but lacked enough mozzarella. The angel hair pasta was as expected but they served it mixed with sauce. The calamari was too heavily breaded but the accompanying sauce was great.
The minestrone soup was excellent. The panna cotta was ok but I would suggest another flavor aside from pistachio.

Sensational Italian food. Sublime atmosphere, very relaxing. We had drinks on the table right away, and our starting soup and salad right away too. Absolutely scrumptious menu, my smoked turkey panini for example was warm, soft and succulent. Their pricing isn’t bad either. Go check them out, you’ll be glad you did.

What a hidden gem!!!
Maybe others know about this place but man it was sooo good I don’t get how there’s not always a line out the door!! It’s rather unassuming as it’s in the middle of a strip mall basically sandwiched between a CVS and a Vons.
We had a family dinner and every single person LOVED their food.
They serve you bread with an oil and (something) sauce that’s very flavourful.
We shared the fried calamari which was good and the sauce it came with was delicious.
I got the pappardella noodles with pink vodka sauce and the sausage link- you gotta get the sausage. My food was exceptional!
Others got the spaghetti and meatballs, lobster ravioli, beet salad, cheese pizza, etc. all very good.
For dessert I had the chocolate salame and it’s good but very rich. It’s almost like someone broke a Kit Kat into tiny pieces and put it back together in the shape of a roll. Tiramisu is not a dessert I like, but my family members said it was really good tiramisu. I liked the cannoli but a couple others didn’t as the cream had a lemon flavour to it and they were expecting straight sweetness. I really like it but just be aware there’s a lemon flavour to it.
All in all very good and definitely coming back!

This was our first time at Prosecco Italian Osteria and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! We came for dinner and were warmly greeted by several of the staff. Amongst themselves they spoke Italian and it really felt like we were back in Italy at a small bistro.

We started with a glass of dry white wine suggested by our server and a Menabrea Ambrata (Italian) beer. The wine was perfect and the beer a very nice complex hoppy taste. Our server was great fun and clearly enjoyed sharing stories and recommendations with us.

We began with their hot homemade bread, served in an unassuming small paper bag, along with extremely fresh tasting olive oil and spices. For an appetizer we had the mussels in a marinara sauce– delish!

For the main course we enjoyed spaghetti with clams and a bone in pork chop special of the night. The homemade spaghetti with clams excellent. The pork chop was out of this world. Very tender and so flavorful, and served with baby carrots and green beans al dente.

For desert we had their Venetian Tiramisu. Heavenly light and the perfect end to the most enjoyable meal.

We will be back indeed.

You do not have to travel to Venezia when there is Prosecco Italian Kitchen in Las Vegas. I lived in the Veneto region of Italy (Padova) and Prosecco Italian Kitchen stirs up the many memories of the delicious northern Italian cuisine. We started out with their bread and butter. The bread is baked fresh that day and is served with tamponade made from (olives, anchovies, olives oil, salt, pepper, garlic). The bread is also served with walnut and balsamic butter. It was so scrumptious, paired with my Tobin James Cab from Paso Robles I could have just ate bread and butter for dinner. The appetizer chosen was the zucchini blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and ricotta cheese deep fried in a tempura batter. They were sitting on top a small pool of roasted red pepper sauce with a drizzle of pesto. I can’t describe this any better than pillows of heaven. For the entree, I choose the duck ragu pappardelle. Their pasta is home made and if you have never eaten home made pasta, you have truly missed out on one of lives simple pleasures. The ragu sauce was something that an Italian grandmother was cooking for hours making her home made gravy. When we travel to Las Vegas, we always have to visit Prosecco Italian Kitchen. Chef Danielle is so kind and hospitable. My husband and him reminisce about when they first met at a motorcycle show and Danielle was selling his delicious Italian sub sandwiches at the show. I almost forgot, we ate the Ruby salad. The salad was definitely large to share between 2 people. The salad was also fantastic with mixed greens, walnuts, orange and red beets, goat cheese, and a delicious dressing that enhanced the flavor of the salad without it over powering the other flavors. We ordered tiramisu to go. It was nicely placed in a plastic container as if it was made in the container. The creaminess of the marscapone cheese and the coffee liquors were so wonderful! I am so sorry again, I get so carried away that I just want to eat the food while its hot and I forget to take photos.

The Chilean Sea Bass was amazing….. pan seared nice and crisp on the outside and tender and juicy inside with a light lobster champagne sauce that melted in my mouth! It was really to die for! And in one picky person when it comes to Chilean Sea Bass…… the salad was very good as well and my boyfriend was very happy with his selections. The atmosphere and service were wonderful. This place has live music every night which is a wonderful touch to the ambience.
