Placed a mobile order here for 2 foot long subs that were the same sub and I came in as they were making the subs, one was already done and I seen them putting the veggies on the second one and asked if that was a mobile order for seth and they said yeah and I told them it was supposed to be pepper jack cheese on both of them and the subway worker just told me well there’s shredded cheese on both of them and clearly on the ticket it said pepper jack cheese and she started to try to argue with me till she seen the ticket and just told me well they’re already made so can you just take them, I was just like I wanted pepper jack cheese and they just stood there not saying anything back not even a sorry or nothing and I said fine I’ll just take it because they had like 6 other people waiting for their subs and I didn’t want to hold them up. Do better subway honestly, at least give me an apology or something like offer me a drink or a discount on my next order or something bc the sub taste like crap
