Walked in at 905am. Doors open, store SHOULD be open. Walked in to order and the woman says uhhhh, we’re not open. Well your door and sign say otherwise. I wondered if she was late and not ready. If so…lock the door. I’m only annoyed because this gave my day a late start having to pivot. Bad business to not even acknowledge or apologize.

A HORRIBLE experience. The sub looked like a 2 year old slapped it together. The girl was lazy and rude. I ordered online and when I arrived I told her I ordered online and gave her my name. She just pointed to where it was. She was to busy texting and hitting a vapor pen. Worst experience ever. I’ve never seen a sub like she must have SLAPPED together. And look at the wet soggy lettuce. I didn’t order it with oil, its just old and wet lettuce. I have pictures and my reciet but it is barely readable. The location was 110 Granville Street, Gahanna, Ohio. This female employee took NO PRIDE whatsoever. As I was leaving a customer approached the counter and started to order and she DIDN’T even wash her hands, just slapped on gloves. My order number was F1778846-B1 Ordered sub with everything including extra spinach. Look at the pictures…RIDICULOUS and she’s getting paid!!! Also I’ve attached a picture of the receipt as I received it.

The protein bowl and footlocker cookie are my new go-to! I’ve bought it at several different locations, so my experiences vary. Service was always friendly, but a couple of workers were noticeably stressed. They were working alone, part of my order was not available in the store.

I really enjoy this location. It’s clean and the workers are very nice . The owner Ron Also works there as the manager so he loves his work. The bread is SUPER soft , I’ve received some of the best bread from this location .

BEWARE. Do you not eat at this location. Very unsanitary and terrible service. I bit into my sub and had HAIRS in my food. When I called to complain the woman I spoke to had 0 empathy, was unapologetic, and said she could not credit me back for a sub I already bit into….. There were 3 blond/red hairs in my sub that I had to slowly pull out of my mouth. One of the hairs was about 10inches long. I’m HIGHLY disgusted, have never had anything like this happen before. They should be wearing hair caps while making subs!!! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Please do not eat at this location! Just foul.

Our Company ordered from here for catering (several platters of sandwiches and wraps, etc…) They were quick, the food was great, and they delivered on time as promised. They even stopped and bought us several 2 liters of soda and ice! We have ordered from there several times and will continue to do so! Great job guys!!
