We’ve been getting ice cream cakes for celebrations on and off for a couple years now for this location. Placed an order for my son’s birthday and only specified that the party was a galaxy theme and left it to the staff to design the cake. I was expecting a purple/blue border maybe but omg did the team here deliver!!! The cake looked so amazing!!! Way above my expectations! They did a great job matching the the theme and even added blue sprinkles on the border. (In my picture are sprinkles I added as well but you can see underneath they created a blurred galaxy background, amazing!!!) Will definitely be getting more cakes from this location in the future.

We took a community based trip here with 9 Life Skills Students. The staff was very kind and patient with our students. The price for the hot dog combo meal was perfect for lunch. The restaurant was clean and enough space for our entire group. We will definitely visit this location in the future.

The staff was very nice. But they do NOT sell burgers or Tenders. Just ice cream and hot dogs. If your coming here for burgers and tenders do not come here.

It’s DQ, 10 stars. This location is always clean and has friendly workers. I like that they also let you buy single ice cream cupcakes instead of a six pack or however some DQ’s sell them. They also; according to my son, make his blizzard flavor the way it should be. He gets the brownie batter extreme and this location really seems to take pride in the ice cream treats they serve.

Two rude, miserable girls at the counter, one named Lily filly who clearly peaked in high school. The manager is never around to keep things in check. If the front is this dirty and unprofessional, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Do your job and hire better people. I would never order ice cream here.

We’re from out of town but stopped in while running some errands. Very impressed with this store. Clear enforcement of COVID-19 protocols taking place. Staff are very courteous, kind, and attentive. I had a digital coupon from the mobile application. It was evident that the staff were unsure how to proceed with it. Ordinarily, this would result in staff simply denying usage of the coupon, but at this location I found the staff to be very accommodating, and they found a means of honoring it. I noticed this location does not seem to have the Orange Julius products, and I’ve noticed similar reviews stating there are menu discrepancies that occur.

The only reason why I read it a one star is because there is no option for zero stars. My family and I went here Thursday night, and the two females running the place do not know how to do their job. We ordered three blizzards, and all of them came out as soup. You could drink them through a straw. She completely overfilled my mothers blizzard, and with the cup, still overflowing, gave it to my mother, without it, being wiped off at all with a cup underneath it. There was a line almost out the door, and they were standing around, not knowing what to do.

Called 2 weeks to ask if they had seating for 15-20 so we could have cake for both my sons birthday. Whoever I spoke to said it wouldn’t be a problem. Called again yesterday to verify.. again they said it wasn’t a problem. Well the attitude of the two young kids working definitely made it seem like a problem. More people showed up that didn’t RSVP but mostly everyone ate cake and others ordered ice cream. The workers kept disappearing into the back while some people were waiting to order. The constant eye rolls when asked anything was rude. Regretting choosing to give our business to this location.

Our family always enjoys the service and ice cream at this location. And the hours do match the ones posted on the door sign. To those complaining that Saturday night “a little after 9” that the store was closed must have missed the people sitting inside enjoying their ice cream. We were there til a solid 9:45 and customers were in fact still being served and people still sitting at tables eating along with us
