Ordered one of the protein pockets. They were “out” of ham although it appeared to me the cold table was being broken down before closing in about an hour. The employee wanted to give me extra salami and pepperoni since they were out of ham. I asked to substitute chicken for the ham. She looked confused and then said the chicken would cost extra. I asked her: you don’t have what comes on the sandwich so even though I ask for a reasonable substitute, you want to charge me more? She reiterated that she would give me extra salami and pepperoni. I told her I wanted a regular portion of those meats and simply replace the ham with chicken which doesn’t seem unreasonable since she doesn’t have the ham. She finally acquiesced but I had to be argumentative. Should have just not ordered anything. I don’t live here so I won’t be back. But I would not recommend going to this particular place for anyone who does live in Columbus.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST place ever .. I will be calling the better business bureau and bored of health . This place is so unsanitary, nasty and disgusting.. rude workers , made this nasty messy tuna sandwich ( with barley tuna on it ) she out mayo on the outside and did not push everything in like normal .. drink machine never working , never popcorn , never pretzels never slushies ( which should be token down from the menu .. since the new people bought this place this pace has went to freaking crap ! I used to love this subway ! NEVER WILL RETURN

My bread had black hairy mold on it i took it back and they gave me kind of a hard time returning it I just wanted to keep my chips so I had something to hold me over that was sealed and they started trying to tell me I couldn’t do that that it was all or nothing they eventually figured it out and let me have my chips and refunded me for the sub only but I would really think twice before eating here bc it doesn’t seem they are very sanitary

TRASH!!! This place is absolutely terrible and I will be getting my money back. There is no way I ordered two hot and honey chicken sandwiches and there is no got and honey sauce on the sandwich. Nor is there any cheese! They have their phone filled with messages so you cant get in contact with anyone!. I am headed back as soon as I leave work.

I rarely eat Subway…. To many carbs in the typically tasty bun and a need to change my diet (recent heart event which I wish to make a one time event), I wanted something different that day so I thought a veggie sub with every vegetable they have loaded on (except onions, I don’t really like their flavor and they don’t like my digestive system). I’ve seen the commercials so I had a rough idea of what I would get. I chose a bun, told them I wanted a veggie sub, cheese type and moved on down to the vegetable bins.

When I got home, started eating I thought, “Something doesn’t seem right?” I pulled up Subway website, the veggie sub info….I did NOT have the veggie patty on my sandwich!!!

Was I ripped off because I wasn’t watching the construction close enough? Was saving on the most costly item an increase to their profit margin from my purchase? Or were they just out of the veggie patties? If the latter, why not say so. I could choose something else or ask for double of the rest of the toppings….I understand that inventory delivery can get off track & that isn’t the individual store managers fault, BUT, at least say something so I can make the choice.

We asked for chicken and he gave us 3 tuna sandwiches I had said he gave us sandwiches wrong and he insists that I asked for tuna!! We never eat tuna, I can’t ask for that and he didn’t even offer anything else! I think he left too much tuna since we ate at the end of the evening very bad experience

I have a policy to avoid leaving reviews for fast food – unless I have a crazy exceptionally poor or great experience. This visit was inexcusably poor. The individual making our sandwiches was impersonal, slow, and borderline rude the entire time we ordered. I would’ve overlooked this if at the end of the transaction if there wasn’t worse to come. Sometimes someone is new or just having a bad day, after all. This man rang me up and overcharged me by a couple of dollars on two combos I requested. Still didn’t rise to the level of irritation that will have me fuming. No, what puts me over the fence is that he stands there, pensive, for a couple of minutes trying to figure out why it’s ringing up the way it did, and for the incorrect amount. To no avail. Okay, b/c I clearly have nowhere to go, right, cool. I think to myself, whatever, it is what it is. But since he’s taking so long, I suggest he just scrap what he has in the system and start over. Dude ignores me and starts talking to his boss in Senegalese (or something close) – I recognized that his boss tells him to give me a particular discount that would effectively be the same as me ordering two combos. Not only does he fail to apply a discount, he gives me the wrong cookie to complete one of the combos I ordered.

Watch for this guy so you don’t get gypped or get the wrong items.
