I stopped by here for my lunch since I am working at the convention center today, and places my order on 9/29 at 11:50.
I didn’t catch the name of the man who made my sandwich and checked me out, but he was so polite. He asked me how my day was doing while he prepped my sandwich and he had an amazing “can do” attitude. We did have a small setback with using my points to get $4 off my sandwich, and when the gentleman asked one of the ladies for assistance she was aggressive and belittling him in front of me. I understand lunch can get frantic but talking to your coworkers in that manner, especially in front of customers, was not professional. Other than the woman’s unprofessional behavior towards her coworker I had an amazing experience.

During the COA cheer competition, this Subway should have been closed. The atmosphere at the location should be ashamed to be opened during a kids competition. The associates who walked off the streets to even work there has no clue how to operate a or even should be employed. You wonder why it’s hard to hire, this place is the example of poor leadership.

I was here for Animate this year and we decided to get Subway for lunch.
The boy taking our orders wasn’t friendly, but not rude, so I didn’t particularly care until I heard the way he was talking to the girls behind me. He spoke to them like they were idiots, though they asked standard questions very politely. I hope someone talks to Jason about how to speak to customers, please.
The other two men on staff were very kind and made one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever eaten from Subway though, I didn’t catch their names but they were great. Jason needs some correction though.

We‘re from Germany and stayed for the Arnolds at the Hyatt hotel and enjoyed every day the Subway corner. Working people were SO friendly and did a great job. Nice small talks and they took care about our meals. See u next year!

This has to be the worst subway I’ve ever eaten at. I ordered a grilled chicken bacon on Flatbread. Even after toasting the sandwich, the chicken was frozen on it and nasty. The bacon was rubbery and chewy. The sandwich was a disaster because the person didn’t know how to put toppings on it and cut it. It was a big pile of mixed up stuff when I opened it. I couldn’t even pick it up. On top of that, everything was bland and tasted processed. I’ve eaten at a lot of subways, mostly when there aren’t other options, and this was the worst. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other vendors in the food court. I wish I had.

the workers were so rude and said that they just cant wait to get the f**k outta here straight to our faces on top of that we had many bad remarks towards us and also and the sub was so poorly made she put closed the bread then put all of the toppings on top of the sub and wrapped it in the paper so when i went to eat it it went every where and i have only bread left. the whole time the workers acted super ghetto towards and non stop they were cussing at us the whole time.

It’s one of the largest Subway Sandwich shops I’ve ever seen. Prices are a little higher than normal because it’s in the Convention Center food court. They still have $5 dollar foot longs. I am actually editing my review. I had previously said they were friendly. However, the entire team today was down-right rude. Gotta remove a few stars.

I really wish I could give it jo stars because my experience was awful ! Subway server named K.K was mean and hateful ! She threw our sandwiches and had an attitude the entire time ! After my sandwich was finally made she began joking around with her coworker. I understand that it’s a busy day, but there is NO need for that poor of customer service ! The other people working seemed fine, but she had a terrible attitude. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THUS SUBWAY AGAIN ! Y
