We had Cherry Garcia, a chocolate and a hot fudge sundae. We enjoyed our ice-creams.

Update: Friday afternoon, July,2021; They have an ordering window on the side with a menu available. I had a Berry Berry Extraordinary sherbet with chocolate pieces in it. Tasted good .
Update: Thursday afternoon, February 2023; Having a freebie, a Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate bar, and 10% off through the rewards program, I had a Chocolate Mint Chance ice-cream. Yum!

I usually don’t complain. However, this is truly unacceptable. I ordered online via Uber Eats. The delivery was fine and it was appropriately packaged. When I took the first bite I noticed the long hair depicted here embedded in the scoops of the ice cream. It is essential to be more attentive to details like this prior to serving the public. Aside from the health hazard, it was also a financial loss.

Ridiculous….. When you get a Sunday, particularly a hot fudge sundae the hot fudge and the ice cream should be the focal point of that product.
If you get a topping that’s exactly what it should be is just a topping…… I got a hot fudge sundae with Walnut toppin. It came in a 8 oz plastic cup. It was nothing but walnuts…. I kid you not when I say there was at least a half a cup or more of walnuts in this thing. I basically ate a walnut and hot fudge with very little ice cream sundae…. For $9.54.
Won’t go back there again.

Had a wonderful experience at this Ben & Jerry’s location. The staff had wonderful customer service skills and it was a very clean atmosphere. 10/10 recommendation non-dairy strawberry marshmallow option.
