This shop is family-owned, by the nicest people you’d ever want to meet! As a result, they are very particular about the folks they hire. They’re always friendly, helpful and courteous and you’re always greeted with a smile! Priceless! Ice-cream by definition makes a day better. CROWDED. Located near the U of NH. The staffs were mostly college girls. Friendly. Smiles. Generous amount of scoops to kids. Small space and crowded with people.

Staff was nice and shakes were good but it was super crowded and disorganized – couldn’t really tell where the line started and ended or if there was even a line at all. Would recommend putting up some signage or one of those things that defines where the line should go.
