Very rude ownership they messed up two of my Subs put the wrong Bread on it and argued with me about having to replace them then told me that they would not replace them unless they took the other subs back going against their company policy do not recommend visiting the store ever. A regular customer who has enjoyed everything in the past but today I place an order online through the app, money deducted from my account but when I arrive, they say they have had internet issues and did not recieve my order. No biggie, I still have the order recipt on my phone showing it was paid but per the store owner, they cannot make my order or refund my money. They tell me its my problem and will have to reach out to google for a refund. Very dissapointed that they are willing to lose a customer or help in any way even when I have the recipt for the order. Wont be back, ever. Good luck if you place any online orders.

Went through the drive thru and waited for 20 minutes at the window without even seeing anybody so I pulled up and went inside. I waited another 7 min to be acknowledged. While waiting on them to make 4 or 5 orders I was asked if I could be helped. I said I have the drive through order. Was told onlyv2 of us working we got busy. Then was told that “you ordered 4 footlongs through the drove through. I left and will never go back.

The subway is inside of a gas station. The gas station attendant is the nicest man. I have yet to meet an unfriendly or unhelpful Subway worker either! Just always and all-around great experience!

While traveling through town on the way home from West Virginia, we despirately needed a bathroom and some food. Kids had been asking for Subway for days. Bathrooms were out of order! At the first Subway so we went 2 miles out of the way to find this Subway has no public bathrooms. So we gave our business to DQ. We will not be going there ever again. This experience tainted our Love for subway.

The subway in Ashville, Ohio is disappointing, the server didn’t know which cheese was the American cheese, she started arguing with us saying we were wrong, but every other subway we’ve ever been 2 the triangle cheese was the American cheese, she was trying 2 give us half circled shaped cheese as the American cheese, then my husband ordered the meatball sub & the meatballs were burnt & looked like it hadn’t been stired since they put it out, they didn’t have buffalo chicken, & barely any chips 2 choose from. We will not be going back 2 that subway located inside the gas station on Long St. Ashville Ohio.

This Subway is inside the gas station. There are only two small tables to sit at right by the main door. Definitely a take home and eat kind of place.
