100% guaranteed hands down without a doubt the best subway ever and have never been disappointed in the last 9 years that I’ve been coming here. The only people who rate bad stars and reviews are the ones who watch them make it in front of them and then leave and then call to complain. Gordon Ramsey wouldn’t be able to compete with these people. This subway would be my S tier if I had a chart.

We’ve tried to get Subway 4 times in the last week. We have not had a single sub from there yet. I went to one of the stores in Heath but it was closed. I went to a different store in heath and they had a list of things that they were out of and could not take credit card or debit card. I waited 27 minutes in line today at PataskalaColumbia Rd store until I was next. Just before my turn a DoorDash guy comes in and walks up to the counter. The person making subs tells him that he’ll get him after the one he’s making, I just decided to leave at that point. I’m not going to wait for him to make a sub for some one who ordered from home while I was standing in line waiting.

Halfway through building the first of 2 subs I wanted, I was informed that they do not take coupons because the owner chooses not to. I would have gone to a different shop had I known. It needs to be posted at the door so people are not blindsided. I spent more than I could have. I won’t go back there when I take time to read and clip coupons Subway takes time and expense to print and distribute.

Trash. Go elsewhere. They didn’t have basic items like freakin ranch or spinach leaves. Something they were advertising on the menu they didn’t have. They had flies everywhere. The lettuce looked old. And when I got Pepsi Zero from the fountain I was surprised with…I don’t even know what. Carbonated brisk tea? That can kill a diabetic. (Thankfully I’m not)
There’s no excuse. Go somewhere else

Never visit this location again. The rep who made my order didn’t know how to make my sandwiches. The meat didn’t cover the entire bun and I had to ask for more toppings twice. $20 order & had to asked for more onions & black olives. If this is this location’s normal then she needs retraining.

i shouldn’t have to beg you to put more then 3 little tomotoe slices and a half ounce of wilted spinach on a $7 VEGGIE sandwich.
it’s not the employees’ fault, it’s the parasite franchise owners paying starvation wages, but still looking to pinch pennies on ingredients.

In this branch there is a worker who treats foreigners very badly. She is a purple haired girl with piercings on her face…. She has done it to me and to other friends as well. When she sees that you don’t speak English fluently or that it’s hard for you to speak it, you make bad gestures with your face when serving you, even once when I went and spoke to her, she went to the back of the premises and told her partner to help me herself. … I’ve been going to that place for about 6 months and she’s always there at noon on weekdays… I find it unbelievable that a person who serves the public with such a degrading attitude continues to work in that place.

Workers are decently friendly, but this location has a lot of food issues, especially lately. 3 separate occasions I have ordered through app, only to show up to find out they’re out of the bread I chose. Ingredients also taste older as if everything is prepared in the morning and used all day. Nothing is fresh after the morning.
