Had a coupon from a Subway flyer I received in the mail for buy any footlong get one free. I stood in line, behind 3 people, only to be told by the girl about to take my order that she noticed the coupon I was holding & told me that they weren’t accepting coupons that day… been a customer at the W Broad Pataskala location for more than 10yrs & always used coupons. I will never go back.

Wow what awful customer service. I just went there at 8:45. The Google site says they close at 10 PM. So I ask the tall gentleman at the counter if they were closed already because they have removed and plastic wrapped everything. He replied “No” so I said ok I would like 2 orders of soup please. He says “uhhhh hold on goes to the back and has a conversation with someone in the back and comes back out and says we’re out of soup. No you definitely wrapped everything up for close way before 8:45 because that’s when I arrived and everything was gone. So he says they close at 9 tonight too. And I said well my watch must be off. So then i still spend money at the gas station for soup to feed some sick kids. The gas station clerk said it’s her first day and no manager was on duty. Ridiculous leadership.

My sister and I visited this location on Jan 11th at 330 pm (just now) and HAD TO come and review after the excellent service that this guy gave us. I wish we would have recalled his name but we wanted him and his supervisors to know that his excellent service and uplifting personality made our day!

As soon as we walked in the door she walked to the back and stayed there for 5 minutes playing on her phone and ignoring us. My wife’s sandwich bread wWarsaw dough in the middle and her chicken was burnt. The associate at the counter for got the kids toys in my children’s kids meals and when asked about it she responded sarcastically and looked around for 2 seconds before saying they had none. Did not offer cheese on my sandwich and when she’s was put on was not toasted with the rest of the sandwich when I asked. Worst subway experience ever.

Worst subway experience of my life. Out of my bread and my cheese. One employee stayed in the back with only one very slow one out front. Then she over charged me and I had to go back in to have it fixed! Ugh
