Upon arrival we were barely greeted by staff members. It took a bit of time for our meals to be done but at least it was correct and hot. As far as the atmosphere of the restaurant it was both good and bad. It was clean for the most part and yet in some areas it needed attention.

Husband stopped today for a quick snack. Chicken tenders and curly fries.
Andre was at the counter. While the food was ok, the service from Andre was outstanding. He is a great example of valuable employee. The single best reason for us to return.

**Update**
*They gave me hardly any meat, gave me onion rings instead of crispy onion strips, had them remake, it took 15 MINUTES. 5 workers and 7 people in line, they were losing orders left and right. I ordered at 5p, order was done at 545p and STILL was wrong. There were 6 people behind me also waiting. People were leaving the drive thru to come inside because the drive thru wasn’t moving at all. The person who seemed like the manager was arguing in front of customers wirh another worker, was ignoringcustomers, and yelled at a customerasking about his order.*

Drive thru always takes FOREVER. In the minimum 30 minutes to get pre-ordered food.

I decided to give Arby’s a try after many years of abstaining.

First off, the price. Wow… The sticker shock pushed me to thoughts of a debtor’s prison. $15 for a fast food combo?! Take my shirt too.

The flavor of the curly fries satisfied my nostalgic fancy but they were not gentle on my palate.

On to the sandwich. Arby’s does not, as they claim, “Have the Meats!” They have chemically formed bread sandwiching flavorless representations of food; akin to display case items. Look and long for the taste, but do not tongue!

The experience was regrettable. My mind is wounded. Stomach is sure to follow suit in protest. Fattened and unsatisfied is how I would characterize the experience.

As I type this out, I wait for the ice in my Dr. Pepper to melt. Should have the essence of a soda to whet my mouth in the next couple of hours.

First time ordering the new FISH SANDWICH and I would order it again! I’m usually a straight ROAST BEEF sandwich eater at Arby’s, but this one and the Market Sandwiches do not disappoint!! The ONLY thing that DOES disappoint me is NOT HAVING MY POTATO CAKES….BRING’EM BAAAACK, BRING’EM BACK FOR ME!!

Ordered the French Swiss meal at 11:49 according to my receipt. Didn’t get my meal until 12:20. No apology for the wait or anything, just wordlessly handed it to me. Sandwich was bland and definitely not worth waiting 30 minutes for.

Today was the first time since then that I’ve ordered from here per my brother’s request.

They were out of items that they had on their online menu which was ok. Kind of a downer but not a big deal. The girl at the drive thru window had an attitude and a stank face on and almost forgot our drinks which I had to remind her about. The food was thrown into the bag with someone’s saucy finger prints all over each package. There was no cheese on one sandwich, another was like a deconstructed sandwich, and the fries seemed stale.

For an Arbys, not very high expectations at all but for this location in particular, a disappointment.

First of all we placed an online order and they took forever. Tell us at the last minute they don’t have curly fries. Okay get the order, the order is wrong. The sandwiches don’t have cheese. I call the store and The so called Manager at this particular location on night duty is very rude and ignorant. We paid $37 for our order and it wasn’t right. Instead of the so called manager on duty resolving the issue. She kept hanging up the phone. Asking me what I want her to do? Whoa! Finally after having to call multiple times from being hung up on, she Offered to replace my meal then said they were closed. Who has time for games when you paid your money? Yeah, I was frustrated because it was the end of the night and the food was thrown together. Please teach your employees to empathize and take ownership when wrong. Not hang up on the customer or not resolve the issue. Maybe your company should reconsider who you put in a leader position if they are going to make your business and brand look bad. If your ordered something and it was all messed up, you would be upset too. What happened to great customer service? I am so disappointed. This one on night shift has none.

WELL… there was only 1 vehicle in the drive thru that had obviously already paid and had pulled passed the window waiting… we pulled up to the box to place our order, we were told to wait…we waited approx 8 or more minutes and then placed our order, we were givin the total and told to pull up to the window… we paid for our meal and was told to pull behind the other waiting vehicle that had been waiting… we waited there over 25 minutes, I saw several vehicles drive off behind me, at least 7 or 8 vehicles… my wife finally went inside to see how much longer it would be on our order….. she said the lady looked at her like she was crazy, she didn’t answer her, just walked off … later came back and slung the bag on the counter (RUDE!!!) Then walked away again, never apologizing for the longggg wait, didn’t offer us an explanation, didnt offer something as a complimentary jester after we had waited sooo long… my wife said there were other workers in the back, she didnt know what was the major hold up….there are some good people who work there, just not on this particular night … it’ll be a while before we return
