The staff here is quick and sufficient. The food is always delicious. At this location it is really loud inside, the machines make tons of noise. I would definitely not recommend going on a date to get to know each other here, you will have a hard time hearing each other.

Sunday June 22, 2025 It was around 6 pm, I ordered a pick-up online for 6 footlong subs. As soon as I hit the “Pay & complete” to put in the order, I realized I didn’t ask for it for Monday morning NOT Sunday night. Immediately I called the Subway…16 times…until they closed. They never answered. If they would have answered in the first or second call, I would have asked for them to make the order for the next morning. After a half hour, I thought, if they answered, I would ask if they could put it in their cooler and I would pick it up the next day. Monday morning I called the store after they opened. No answer. I thought I would go there and see if they put them in their cooler. When I entered the store there was a custome wanting to place an order but they were out of so many items he left without ordering. When I got to the counter I asked for a manager. The woman I was asking was the manager. I told her all the above and asked if they may have placed my order in the cooler. She stated they always throw them out because usually no one comes in to claim them. She also stated that I was not able to get my money back or a credit for another order. Since it was my error, I decided to order then so I could take them to my non-profit for lunch that day. They were out of so many items, it was impossible to order any of the subs I had previously ordered the night before. I was out almost $40 and empty handed. I left and ordered pizza for lunch. I will not go to this particular Subway again.

Last few times I’ve gotten subs here they have been out of numerous staples… cheese, spinach, cucumbers, meatballs, marinara, certain bread types, etc. The people who work here are great! But it is clear the owner has lost interest. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I don’t think this place is as bad as some of the reviews say it is. I’ve never had an issue, never had anyone be rude or anything like that. The food always looks and tastes good. My only gripe is that they always make the sandwiches upside down with the toppings on the bottom underneath the meat and cheese. I know it’s petty and sounds nit picky, but it’s annoying and makes the sandwich taste like you’re eating it backwards, so I always have to take it apart and redo it. I also almost never get the vinegar and oil I order.

My first visit to this location and the sandwich was a delicious piece of art, at a alarmingly good price.
Fast forward 2 weeks, that sandwich now costs $1.50 more for a 6″ and you’ll be made to feel as though you’re bothering the employees with your incessant demands to have a sandwich made the way you want. Even a simple straightforward instruction like “one very thin line of yellow mustard” ended with mouthfuls of mustard. Also, don’t be distracted by the other associate trying to ring you up while they put your toppings on your sandwich, watch your sandwich!
I understand employees have other duties that must also be completed, but when they’re interacting with customers, that should be the focus.
A very stark reminder that the days of “sandwich artist” are in the past.

Just picked up a sandwich at this location. This location is hit and miss sometimes they’re out of most ingredients or there’s only one very harried employee. Tonight I had three employees, dealing with three very indecisive hard to understand customers plus a lady in front of me and myself. They were all professional, nice and efficient. They moved through us as we were ready. Kept all of our orders straight. It was a very pleasant experience! I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working at 6pm on 7/27!!!
You three made the experience enjoyable!!
