Went to Subway 30th Street. I was having a large party. Needed to order 8 Footlong Subs. Hazel waited on me and she was so helpful. Order the subs to pickup the next day. Get to subway the next day. Everything was ready to go. Thanks for all your help.

I haven’t been to a subway in a few years, tonight I stopped in this location and ordered a Philly cheese steak sub. I was greeted immediately upon entering which was a pleasant surprise. The portions were decent size and the service could not have been better. Compared to other sandwich shops around, the prices are very reasonable.

Just more disappointing everytime I go in this place. Grab coupons, get there and a sign on the door stating the no longer take coupons due to food cost. Who does this? Subway, you send out coupons, you honor the coupons. Shame on you.

This long time franchisee appears to be going out of business. They are unable to order inventory for the stores at least in the Newark area. They sold off the store in Heath. The last time I was in was January where I had placed a mobile order. They completed the order despite having no bread and some of the other ingredients. The two ladies spent my 15 minutes gossiping and could not process a refund. One was leaving for the day after they told me the manager would be in later. I contacted subway and someone from the franchise who claimed to be the owner had said it would be processed. It was not. I waited 2 weeks, emailed again, and another 2 weeks no reply. These stores won’t be around for much longer if they keep it up. Disappointing for a store with a 3 digit restaurant number having being around for well over 30 years. Multiple disputes with capital financing firms in past year and before.

They’re horrible if you order ahead. Order is all wrong. Asked specifically for the toppings to be ON TOP of the meat and cheese, not under. Still got it made upside down. Idk why Subway does that?? So stupid. Also asked for extra mayo and vinegar and got none. This is why I refuse to tip ahead. Why would I tip BEFORE I even get my food and you can’t be trusted to earn the tip?

Horrible service. The manager Alyssa doesn’t even know the store number. Told I was lyin when I called to let them know they put one piece of pepperoni on my sub and that was legit IT. I never complain about businesses but to be told I’m lying and that they can’t fix it in anyway is trash. Exactly why I usually don’t eat at subway. It’s like the burger kind of subs joints. Some times people r using their last dollar to eat and u should at least use some tlc when making their order. Would you let your kids or family eat it? Then don’t serve it.

There was left over food sludge on white boards subs are made on. So when my wrap was made it collected someone else’s subs juices. Gross. The male who rolled my wrap didn’t roll it correctly nor cut it in half so when I went to pick up the wrap all my continents fell out and on me every where. There was no napkins put in my sub bag to wipe up alllllll the food that fell on me. Not that I was going to eat it. And I wasn’t even trying to eat the sub after I noticed the contaminants from someone else’s sub on the white paper they prepare the subs on. The building was dirty and the hand sanitizer unit was black from filth. Overall won’t be visiting this place ever again. First time ever going to this subway. Don’t recommend.

It was a terrible experience they messed up our order called in the same day and they said they would replace it the next day so we called in again to make sure and they told us that they weren’t going to replace it because they needed the food back that night but they were literally about to close by time I got home and there was no way I could of made it back there by time the closed at 9 when I got food around 8:30
