I had been so hungry and ready to order double meat but when I saw how much meat they put in the boat I became indignant. It looked like they put less meat in comparison to all other Subway locations. They said that they weigh every portion and it was 2.5 oz in each tray. In spite of that I checked in chatgpt and it says that there must be 3 oz in each boat for steak and chicken. I got dissappointed and went to another location. Fortunately at the other subway they had boats filled legit. They said they weigh 2.5oz portions too. But visually I could see more meat.
My advice to Subway at the Pilot: meat is cheap do not lose customers, you will not succeed by cheating, but you can gain fortune if you attract more people by showing good service and quality food.

Best subway in Kentucky! Anytime I come here they take their time and make sure everything is made right. They slice veggies for salads even tho they don’t chop anymore. The line always looks so clean and well put together. The veggies are always so fresh. I don’t go to subway but when I do I always come to the gap.

So Subway has done away with wraps and now uses a thinned out version of their flatbread. The guy who made mine wouldn’t speak up so you could here him. Yes I asked him to speak up. Drenched my wrap with the sauce I asked for. I told him I just wanted a small amount and made it very clear. Then as he was rolling it up in the wrapper I told him NOT to cut it into two. He said ” it makes it easier to eat” and cut it anyway. That’s not what I wanted! If there hadn’t been a line behind me I would told him either remake it or just walked out. When you’re paying 13 bucks for a sandwich you should get it how you asked. I guess he thinks he should be getting 20 and hour.

Had the opportunity to stop into your Pilot Location here in Mortons Gap KY, asked if you still did salads? Was told yes but that you didn’t chop them anymore, so I went ahead and ordered one, don’t remember the girls name that started it off, but I do remember the one that finished it off, his name was Hunter!!! He was totally awesome!! He literally took his time and broke up each and every single piece of meat for my salad.. was totally not expecting that to happen, but he did.. I wanted to let you know how much I really appreciated him doing that for me.. He went above and beyond to make my salad right!! Thank you for having Hunter on duty today!!! On a scale of 1-10 he was a 10+!!!! Hope he gets recognized for this review.. Thank you again for having him on your team.. he was also very Friendly and talkative and listen to me what I wanted on my salad..

Was trying to be abit proactive and save time and fuel by calling ahead to see if they had the bread i wanted my sandwichmade with. “Open hours” state “24hrs”. Yet when i called at 5:30am, and let the phone ring 15 times, got no answer. I then called back at 05:37 am and let it ring about 15 times again. Still no one answered the phone!! Since they did not answer, i did not stop! I saved time and fuel tho i am still hungry. The lost a sale, and my future business.

Subway has taken away the scrambled egg patty from their breakfast menu. So people can’t stand the taste of “fried” eggs. And also removed the whites only patty for the people wanting a “healthy” option. Great job Subway… NOT. Last time I’ll even THINK about Subway as a breakfast option.
