I returned a rental vehicle next door to this Subway. My ride home was delayed by several hours and I do not live anywhere near Henderson! I walked next door and went ahead and ordered a meal and sat down to eat and wait. The young ladies that work in here during the evening hours are wonderful! They were polite and welcoming. They checked on me several times and were very accommodating to my situation. My food was exactly as I ordered and the staff prepared everything perfectly. The bread was fresh out of the oven and all employees were mindful about cleanliness and sanitizing their work areas as they prepared food. They stayed busy the entire 3 hours that I was stranded there; regardless of the amount of customers in the store. I witnessed no down time whatsoever. Absolutely phenomenal workers that any restaurant would be happy to have as employees. Awesome food and even better service. These girls deserve a raise and are the reason I will be back each and every time I come through Henderson, Kentucky.

I recently placed an order from Subway, and I’m very disappointed. The order arrived opened and missing my juice. This is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a complete meal and expect it to arrive properly sealed and with all items included. Please improve your packaging and order accuracy.

Went in for breakfast. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese, while the sandwich is in the toaster, I go ahead and pay for the food. They pull out the sandwich and ask what else I want, I said egg. She then tells me they don’t have egg. Why not tell me upfront when I asked for it. Payed for a sandwich I didn’t even want. Get better staff.

I don’t want to post a review that is poetic or cliche, but since our family moved to Henderson 5 years ago; frequenting chain restaurants, mom-and-pop eateries, etc. This particular Subway employees two of the kindest and approachable sandwich artists I’ve met. I’ve yet to learn their names, but a young blonde woman and young man, impress me time and again for their remarkable warmth. I don’t think you can teach it. I don’t think you can act it. I’ll just say that when I park up to come in, and seeing them through the window working, I’m honestly glad I came. You guys rock.

These children working at this establishment are rude and do not follow order directions. We ordered did not order a toasted sandwich but the employee toasted it despite being told to heat it. The employee argued with my companion until we left, mid order prep – to eat at a neighboring fast food joint.
This is not the first time the service at this establishment has been rude.
Subway is NOT worth the $$$$ they are charging now. And that tip request is insulting. Its fast food, not fine dining.
The South Green location here is no better. Good employees are impossible to find.

Have to ask multiple times to make sure your receiving the correct sandwich because they ring it up as something else. And then they still gave a completely different sandwich. I drove home and realized the mistake and had to drive all the way back to receive what I paid for. Manager was extremely rude when I asked for a discount for my trouble and acted like it was my fault I received the wrong sandwich. Reported to corporate hopefully they will clean this place up.

I paid $8.00 for a 4 inch bread sandwich. 3 paper thin slices of meat, along with a couple slithers of veggies. I cannot wait until the chain itself goes out of business! If I could give this place a negative star, I’d give them 10!! Looking forward to Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s opening soon.
