Most disgusting subway in the country. Never in my life have encountered such low standards to get served at subway. He hadn’t washed his hands all day. One pair of gloves for 15-20 customers. Remove the gloves touches money touches the register. When he’s all done puts his hand back into the filthy gloves with his nasty hands after touching money. And begins doing another person’s sandwiches Subway has shut people down for less how is this place still open

Store #30732 Smiths Grove, KY. This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a Subway. You could tell that the two individuals working had communication issues and both needed retraining. One staff member threw the opened guacamole bag into the pickles. Then when I asked for pickles the other staff member took the bag out and asked where the extra pickles were. Then served me the pickles that the guacamole had been in, and left the guacamole bag out that was soaked in pickle juice to serve to someone else. When I asked for mayo, instead of the traditional quick two lines, they covered it side to side and back to forward with mayo. A thick layer of mayo, thankfully I like mayo but it was a little much. My husband said that it was the first time that he had gotten the steak and had several pieces of fat in it. When we got to check out the individual who made my sandwich couldn’t remember what they made. Then rung us up without asking if we wanted drink, chips, or cookies. Which I did. I almost left without the extras I wanted but my husband spoke up, so that we would at least have drinks. I love Subway but we will be avoiding this Subway in the future.

Subway in Smith’s Grove is awesome. The people that work there are super friendly. They make delicious food and always get my customer order right. The facility is clean, they are open to walk in, up to CDC standards as far as the Covid 19 outbreak and the hours are reasonable during this time. Happy eating!

This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The staff is terrible, and the franchise owners have been there at times when we have ordered, but they are rude and don’t care what you want on your sandwich. The bread here seems like it’s days old at best. We will definitely drive further for Subway next time or eat at Schlotzsky’s across the road!

So you are checking out a review on subway? I assume that is because you are new to life. Everyone I’ve ever met has eaten at Subway in knows what to expect. It is the same here as all the rest. It is edible Subs 4 relatively cheap prices. Nothing overly exciting about this place but if you’ve got five bucks and you want a footlong sub oh, they can make this happen. this im sorry in a way to say is the best subway weve been to in a while. bl: food: a1. service: got it right with a smile. atmosphere: smelled great and was clean. good bathroom and was clean enough to eat in the restaurant. its smaller subway than usual but clean, smells great, u could eat there, good bathroom and clean, drinks are great. we enjoyed it twice. its just in smiths grove ky is all. dont ask me. haha

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I placed an online order at 6:25pm for 3 12 in subs and a 6in. Was told it would be ready at 6:55pm. Got there and there was a family 5 and a single person. My order was not ready. Was asked to give them 5 minutes. I waited and when I got my order I was 1 12in.sub short.

There’s a handful of places to get gas/eat at this exit…don’t go here. They use every opportunity to take advantage of you. The gas station attached is dirty. They use their language barrier to their advantage when skimping you on food. Subway salads aren’t cheap and when the wife of the owner “filled” my bowl up it was less than half full. When I asked if she would add more lettuce she said “no that’s enough” and would have to charge to add more. She couldn’t even comprehend when I asked for lettuce and spinach in my salad…..and I just found a hair in it as I’m eating.
