The food is great when its done right. Ordered a pizza and a 6inch sub. The pizza wasn’t done, the crust was soft and chewy, not crispy at all. The vegetables were placed in one spot on the pizza and not spread all over. When they took the sub out they didn’t put the sauce on before so the sauce was only on the cheese and couldn’t taste it like it should be. Very disappointed in the service. The employees were not very happy or friendly. Called manager and let them.know what happened said at first couldn’t do anything then finally said that they would replace just the pizza. But have to come back within a week to get it.

Avoid this location. There are plenty of other sandwich places that could provide you with better service. The manager michael at this location took our platter order and wrote down the instructions for the workers to make the next day. When we picked up our order and got home, our 2 veggie sandwiches were 2 loaf of bread with nothing on it. We were told all 5 sandwiches would have basic veggies and none of the sandwiches had veggies. When we returned to ask what happened, we spoke with Carrie who was absolutely wonderful. She did everything she could do to help with the situation. She was able to get a manager on a phone because only management gets to enjoy their weekends. Avoid this location, and go to a location that would appreciate your business.

After spending $50 for two sandwiches my food arrived with what seemed to be just mustard and mayonnaise and a very little bit of meat seeing as how this was a door dash order we called the manager to ask what they could do he said unless we could bring the sandwich in and show him then there is nothing he can do thanks for the great service

Ok y’all, I try not to complain about my food or send it back…… (They’re just human trying to make a living) but tonight I was at Subway and….. BOY WAS I DISAPPOINTED!
First, the lady asked me if I wanted my turkey warm? I said “yes please” so she put my turkey in a CUP and added bacon ontop of it and stuck it in the microwave…… I didn’t ask for bacon…..
Then, stage two…. The guy asked what vegies I wanted on it, I requested spinach, cucumbers, bell peppers and onions…… He gave me TWO LEAVES OF SPINACH AND ONE CUCUMBER!!!! I asked him for more spinach please, he gave me ONE OTHER LEAF!!!! ONE!!!! I kindly asked for like 5 leaves if he didn’t mind….. He literally COUNTED OUT 5 PIECES OF LEAVES!!!!!
….SO I just let that go and paid for my food….. (full price!)
But when I got home, I was SSOO UPSET I DIDN’T EVEN EAT IT!!! MY BLOOD IS BOILING!!!! AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH WWHHYY SUBWAY???? WWWHHHYYYY????!!!!!!!!!!

I’m not that picky but it was one of the nastiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Mainly where the sandwiches are prepared. The young man working was rude. Was cussing the mayo container then flooded it with mayo. Charged wrong. Had a beast foot long and drink only and was charged $24.56.

Got the sandwiches we wanted. Bread was a little thicker than the previous Subway we visited.
The service was slower than expected, partially due to called in orders.

I ordered 3 of their advertised $3 wraps. When I arrived they were now $4 each. I complained and was rudely told they don’t have to go by the advertisement. The wraps were pitiful with little ingredients. When I spoke of that the girl said “oh well you can’t get better ones”

Always good whenever I go in. Mobile orders mostly work and on the rare occasions they don’t, they’re great about expediting your order out so you don’t have to wait in line. Personally having previous fast food management experience, however, I do wish they’d hire some more people on the employee’s behalf. They always do a great job handling the lunch rushes getting people in and out as fast as possible but I can tell they’re definitely struggling at times to keep up from the shear amount of online/in store orders that’ll come in. Overall a great Subway for days when I’m wanting a more “leaner” lunch.

Went and ordered 3 subs last night had my money and coupon ready, the wait was a lil crazy we came in right behind a baseball team which is understandable, got thru the line and ready to check out, handed the little girl my coupon and she looks at me as if I was crazy, she replied we don’t take them here so rudely, so I said ok I handed her the cash and left, I’ll go back,
So I went back lol. Several months later, I have had a good experience this time staff was friendly (finally) one of the girls even was even joking around with me. Food was good. Just very happy the staff was changed
