I don’t go to this Burger King often but I ordered three meals and for fast food it took a while and food was kind of cold. The cleanliness of the restaurant also could be better. It was 6:30 on a Sunday night and it looked like they were trying to close up for the night. Floor mats hanging over the railing where you wait in line… That kind of thing.

Stopped here on the 4th of July expecting it to be slower due to the number of customers. Waited about 10 minutes to place order(in dining room)then after waiting over 20 min for our food and listening to the manager yell non stop at her staff and berate them in front of customer she says, “your order didn’t go through to the screen so we never made it, would you like to wait longer or get a refund”. We took our refund and left. If this were my Biger King I would either find a new manager or invest heavily in some leadership training for this manager.

Spent over fifty dollars (which in my world is a day’s wages or to put it in perspective a 1/3 of my weekly food budget for our family) to get an order that was incorrect and cold. The server who handed us the bag literally said “I promise it is all in there” but two burgers were missing and another burger was wrong. When we went back for them to replace they still ended up not giving us one of the burgers we ordered it and the rest of our meals were cold. My burger was so squashed that I thought they had got the order wrong again. When I told one of the servers it wasn’t a double cheeseburger he interrupted me to say he put two patties on it himself and then had me pull the burger apart to prove he was right. (It was so squashed I had to lever it apart with a knife but he wouldn’t let me go until I admitted there were two patties.) while I was wrong and he was right, I would love to see the training video that taught him that was good customer service. We won’t be coming back and I couldn’t in all conscience recommend anyone else eating here. I know Burger King won’t care about the loss of one family’s business but you should care that you spoiled what was a treat for us.

Terrible!! The place was FILTHY. The young lady who waited on us looked like she literally just rolled out of bed. Her clothes were a mess. My husband had to walk around the whole restaurant just to find a clean table……

Live 10 miles out of town, got home and seen the order wasn’t at all what I ordered. Paid $17.91 for 2 medium meals that weren’t even what I ordered. I tried calling 6 times already and haven’t reached anyone. I used to be a fan of burger king…
