The online ordering NEVER works, almost like they turn it off so no one can do pick up orders! Considering not everyone has time to stand there and wait while it’s being made, especially if they’re busy is ridiculous but hey, not my store not my money that will effected, I guess they just won’t be making that extra money (in the picture provided, I only tried to order a turkey sandwich, it says this for EVERYTHING!)

I don’t know what’s happened here in the past month or so but the service and atmosphere has greatly declined. You can’t hardly talk because as soon as you start telling them your order they interrupt you. The toppings are minimal at best. I asked for black olives as one of my toppings – I got 5 (at first). I said can I have enough to cover my sandwich please and you would’ve thought I was asking for Ft Knox. A line formed while I was in there and the person that came from the back acted like they’d rather be anywhere else but there… So sad to see because this subway was one of the best fast food options in Grayson.

Amazing and friendly staff here! The only Subway I ever been to that has regulars, and they know them by name. When I travel through here I make it a point to stop at this location for lunch.

Went in to 3 young girls all of which had no clue what they were doing. The one making my food was acting inebriated doing things in very odd ways. Having to be cued multiple times for the same things like heating and adding items to the wrap. They acted like the food came out of their pay check giving me only 2 pepperonis and charging me for 6. Did not tip. One girl that worked there even jumped in front of me in line to get a drink. Very unprofessional. Very bad quality. And acted annoyed with me even though I was the only customer.

Their food is good but they don’t put hardly any meat on the sandwich. I ordered a steak and cheese online and when I got it home you could see the bottom of the bread because there was no meat. So I called and the lady I spoke to didn’t really say anything and didn’t offer to remake the sandwich so I haven’t been back and probably won’t.
