I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. Sam had them bagged up and ready for my transport. Great service and complete lunch box!

Food poisoning: The only reason I’m leaving a review; going on two days now. Hoping it’s over after today! Even putting the food poisoning aside, it wasn’t a great experience.
Service: After saying which sub I wanted, the person behind the counter had no idea what ingredients the sandwich needed. It was one of their menu item subs… still I had to repeatedly state the toppings. I just kept turning to read the ingredients off the board.
Environment: it was a low-key sauna in there the day I visited… which, looking back was probably a red flag for what was to come.
Hopefully for other visitors sake it was just an unlucky coincidence, but I will not be going back :/

Screamed at me because they tried to rip me off and charge me extra. Asked for the sub of the day, the Philly cheese steak, said they charged me extra ($4) the steak,When it was for the drink out of the cooler, that they they told us to get it, because their pop machine is out of order. Then they proceeded to scream at me my wife and six year old son as I tried to talk to them about it. Literally yelled overtop of me, took my food back and slammed my money down. These people at subway are out of control. Had the same problem at Walmart across the street

The star of the show, however, was the superb service given by Sam. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure that my order was perfect. He recommended some delicious options and even customized my sandwich to my liking, which really impressed me.

This review has very little to do with this individual location and more for Subway as a whole. Ever since they’ve added these new sandwiches the vegetables don’t taste right anymore. The pickles . The tomatoes taste like painted green tomatoes. The onions were flavorless. The bread, cheese, and meats are all still as good but I was very disappointed to the point that I threw my entire foot long away after a few bites. The individual working tonight was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I just want my sub the old way.
