They were so kind when my husband dumped my sprite on my lap we tried to clean it up as much as we could. They came out and help us to our rescue and we felt so bad but they made us feel better. Their staff is friendly can be and it’s a very nice place to take your family. I highly recommend the subway in Middlesboro.

This place makes me mad on a while different level. Hours 9am-10pm I believe. I usually try and come late around 9 or 9:30 these employees really have the nerve to close 30 mins to an hour before closing time. I tried to go in at 9:30 maybe or earlier, I walk in they’re already cleaning and closing up and say they’re closed… no you’re not but I just left anyways because I will cause a problem if I stay around with that attitude they had so I left said some tatsteful words and that’s it but both times I’ve came here they’ve been “closed” (when they aren’t actually even closed)

I asked for little amount of manase she immediately started squeezing manase really quick and i had to stop her it was obviously to much and I told them basically that i would go ahead and take it to be nice but it had to much manase they started laughing at me at the corners of their mouth people should start telling them they messed it up food good would be better if they took more care with it

The new menu sounds cool and all, but then you order your sandwich and you can’t add anything. Which I guess is fine, that’s not that big of a deal, but you can’t remove anything either. That’s kinda annoying, and I wasn’t told until she had already started making the sandwich so I didn’t want her to restart so I picked it off once I got home. Also, every time I have been in this subway, the workers are in a bad mood. Borderline almost rude, I get they probably just don’t like their jobs, but the rude tones they always have and mad faces they always have makes me not want to go in there. Jon Smith’s subs have special sandwiches and they will still let you change and remove ingredients. I’ll end up just going there.

I have 2 say I’ve gone here twice after getting my nails done at Elite nails and I have had great subs both times. The girls r great in getting u in and out as soon as possible and always courteous. It’s a pleasure going to pick up a sub.

They were out of a lot of toppings and only had one kind of bread (with on employee saying she had eaten the last of one kind because she wanted it) That’s fine if you ate it, just not sure why she was telling everyone? One of the employees treated the people in front of me very rudely and acted annoyed that I was paying in cash. The food was fine, maybe I just caught them on an off day?

I hope the workers get retrained. They are slow and for that reason I said nothing when the lady chose my cheese for me and shorted me on the meat serving. They were very sloppy about making both my wrap and meatball sub. And the tomatoes tasted like they had been mixed with some kind of dressing. But what else should I expect from Middlesboro

Even for a subway it was sub par. Bread was stale. Cold cuts seemed thicker than usual. The staff looked like they rather be getting root canal instead of making sandwiches. But it was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. Which is why it got 2 stars instead of 1. Merry Xmas.

We eat at Subway in Middlesboro quite often whenever we’re in town. The people are usually pretty good but we had a run-in with a girl who said she just came back to work there. She made my little mini sandwich and it was awful. It didn’t have any meat on it it looked like she got what was left in the pan and was too lazy to get a new pan. I think my sandwich should look almost as good as the one in the pictures because actually that is what I’m buying. This sandwich looked like s*** it looked like it had been run over by a truck. I like to get what I paid for. My money is honest and I expect what I get to be the same.
