The only problems with this subway is the very limited fountain drink options and their ice machine was down. They can’t help that, but I marked down for the limited fountain drink selection.

Absolutely awful customer service! I had placed an online order and was told that my order was ready and that there were no issues with supplies. I then or to pick up my order and all the doors were locked to get in to the dinning room. Then was told very rudely that they were out of bread then had the door slammed in my face. I tired called the store multiple times and never got a hold of anyone. I then went to the drive-thur and was handed the wrong order after all of this. I did not spend my money here to be treated so rudely and then not even get what I paid for.

Today was beyond slow. The poor worker apparently was just hired a week ago and was left there alone. As soon as we said we needed 5 subs to go, I thought he was going to panic. It took 30 minutes to get our food. During that time, we watched the driveway line back up as well as inside. We also watched people leave. The boys needed a lot of help. We even ended up not getting what we wanted and ordered cold subs to make it faster. This is unacceptable for the customers and the poor young man that was working. By time we got to the end, he was rushing so fast, there was no lettuce to put on our sandwiches and we barely got condiments but we just felt bad so we left.

This is one of the tougher reviews for a while. 1) The front door is area was locked and you had to enter by the drive thru which is really awkward. 2) Nothing at this location happened quickly, getting our food was very slow. Yes, very slow! 3) They were out of bacon and some types of bread. 4) Since they were slow… I watched more potential customers walk out than order (This was an actual first for me).

I have been meaning to post a review because this location is the best Subway you will find. Not only will you get your preferred sandwich and veggies, you’re going to get the best service everytime. About a month ago, the manager was training a new hire, the way he was guiding him and the “can do” attitude the new worker displayed impressed me.
