This was honestly the best sub i have ever had in my life. i asked for extra mayo and they added EXTRA mayo. ive never been so happy with a sandwich in my life. whoever made this deserves the biggest raise they could ever get.

The gentleman working tonight was extremely rude/hateful when ordering. He rolled his eyes three times – once because my daughter said “Italian Herb & Cheese” when she meant Italian bread. He grabbed a six inch and she said she would like a ft. Long – he rolled his eyes again. I said, “girls, you’re irritating him, please be more courteous when ordering your sandwiches.” He knew what I was referring to, but was still hateful.

I see a lot of negative reviews regarding this location which concerns me as I eat there often and have always been treated kindly when doing so. I can say from my experiences with this location they tend to be tight when making the sandwiches.

Ordered an Italian bmt salad. They use to chop it and he did not. Didn’t cut up any of the vegetables. The bowl was so small. He gave me maybe 5 total slices of meat. Hardly cut up any of the meat. When I asked for cheese he just threw the slices on top. Why am I paying $2.50 more for a salad over a sandwich and getting half the meat. Was rude when I said I didn’t want the salad because he didn’t chop any of it and i didnt get the amount of meat that comes on a sandwich. When I went to pay he tried to charge me $1 extra for my husband’s sandwich than what the menu said.

We came in around 8:00pm tonight woman working the counter was very rude took her like 20minutes to fix 2 sandwiches. We got our food sit down to eat at 8:25pm she stomps her way to the gate and slams it shut almost waking up our 9 month old son who’s finally fell asleep then at 8:35 as we are finishing our food she tells us that she closed at 8:30 and it’s now 8:35 and we need to leave because she has things to do outside of work and she’s ready to go.. my fiancè was kindly upset the woman spoke to us like that especially because she had just walked by and seen we were cleaning up our mess and was almost finished eating. We didn’t even finish our food just got up cleaned the mess and left. On our way out I told her she didn’t have to be rude towards customers it’s not very professional and she shouldn’t work in customer service with that kind of attitude towards people and to have a good night. My family and I eat there fairly often and everytime it’s 30-50 dollars. We will not be back to this location due to her

Subway food is fresh and very good, but the Subway in the Lawrenceburg Walmart is having some problems. The employees are not trained. One little guy did not know wheat bread from white, a poor customer got so flustered. She wanted a sandwich on white and
a salad, he had never done a salad, had no clue. Person waiting on me rolled my American Club with extra bacon like it was a wrap. Other employee started telling her loudly that she was putting too much bacon. I had to step in and tell her I asked for extra bacon. Loud employee was putting veggies on, I started telling her NO veggies, she grabbed lettuce… I’m told her three times NO lettuce, she was so busy talking she did not hear me..then she grabbed lettuce off my sandwich put it back into lettuce bin. I have a medical reason can not have most veggies.. I wanted mayo, she started wrapping my sandwich while talking… She had to unwrap my sandwich to put on the mayo. It was a sloppy, badly cut sandwich, I order two foot longs, with a pretzel. Pretzel was very good. The top piece of bread was way short on the top of the sandwich. The second sandwich top crust was mostly veggies, about an inch of bread covering. I usually go there 2-3 ,sometimes more, times a week spending over 22.00 each trip. It’s just not worth the hassle any more.
