This was several weeks ago. I hate giving bad reviews so I have procrastinated. So here we go….When we first walked up it seemed the workers were having a really good time. Laughing and having fun at their workplace. Which I love to see normally, but it only took a few moments to realize something else was going on. The young lady behind the register was looking at a notebook and we quickly learned that a customer had accidentally left it behind. She only went through the notebook for a few seconds from what I saw. At the time we really couldn’t understand what was being said between them, but it was hilarious apparently, and from what I could tell the subject was changing rapidly. I don’t mind teens serving and having fun but it was getting obnoxious very quickly. Then when my wife started to say something about our order to the cashier, she quite rudely said “Hold on” then continued her conversation that was not work-related. Anyway, we all had tuna and mine was ok, but my wifes was soaked in mustard and my daughters was soaked in mayo. They both had asked for one pass of their condiment

Showroom Dirty, employees rude when I said something about there attitude they said if i didn’t like the service not to come back. So I guess I’ll be going next door to little Caesars for my take out needs!!!!!!

My husband was just at this store. He told them he had a “coupon” and before he could utter another word, they rudely replied they were not accepting any coupons. The 3 employees immediately began laughing and walked away. We will never visit this or any other Subway in the future. Penn Station is better anyway.

Don’t go to the subway, the guys that work there are rude. The store doesn’t honor any of subways specials and when I asked why they said it was because that was what their owner decided. So whoever owns this, I kind of hope your business fails. Do better.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for years.. Never really had many problems. Last night on my way home from work I decided to stop and get a sandwich for dinner. I get home and start to eat my sandwich, I get about four bites in and I notice at the end of the sandwich is a bug in the bread. I called and explained what happened. I was told to come in the next day and they would give me a replacement sandwich. I asked many times if I needed anything and was told repeatedly “no”. So, it is the next day and after much contemplation I decided I did not want another sandwich, so I called to see if I could just get my money back. I was told that I needed to bring the sandwich and my receipt in. I explained the sandwich had been thrown away because I was told I wouldn’t need anything. I also asked why I would hold on to a sandwich for 24hrs. The person was no help. I will not be getting Subway ever again.

Was satisfied with the wrap I bought, but was disappointed that they charged me $1.98 for a cup of ice and $2.19 for an 8oz bottle of water. Seems like highway robbery to me. That’s wrong.

I had a buy one get one footlong coupon which hadn’t expired for another month!! I was “RUDELY” told buy 3 employees all standing around that they won’t except my coupon. Okay that’s fine but no need to get smart about it!!!. I took my business to another subway would gladly took my coupon. Just know this subway lost my business
