I get subway from time to time and decided to pick up from this location. The sandwiche had almost no meat or cheese on it. I got the Hotshot Italiano my normal, usually is enough to get me through. This was like eating bread with just sauce

Five Stars for Nick at Subway!
I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Subway thanks to Nick! He was incredibly fast without ever seeming rushed, and honestly, the sweetest person I’ve encountered behind the counter. He knew the menu inside and out, made great suggestions, and added just the right amount of humor to make the whole interaction feel like more than just ordering a sandwich—it was genuinely enjoyable. If every Subway had a Nick, I’d be eating there every day. Give this man a raise!

They give you the option of cold or hot sandwiches. Great! Then the so many options of meat and vegetables. So many toppings to choose from. Also, the clerks are always polite and patient with me. Good customer service goes a long way with good people who appreciate it.

Food is always good and go often. Yesterday I had enough of the dark haired cashier. She’s obnoxious, loud and unfriendly. Her nor the actual owner know how to greet a customer when they walk in. Like complete ignored every single time. The discount that is offered online on the app is a joke as well. Came out to the same price as the meals usually would have been and he knew that. Why have a rewards program? With that whole deal and her being acting that way for the 10th time in a row, we will take our $22 elsewhere once a week.

I’ve been here several times. The food has been ok, but the service has always been questionable. Also, the workers barely speak English which makes it very difficult for them to understand what customers are saying.
A few days ago I ordered a hot sandwich, and the worker opened the microwave and took out some meat (who knows how long it had been in there) and put it on my sandwich. I asked for a fresh one and he argued with me, so I cancelled my order and left….noting that he did not throw the old meat away, he just set it aside for the next person .

I was in there today and received great customer service. I believe he was a manager wearing a red shirt, dark complected and training a younger guy. The food was delicious I had a flat bread steak melt and pepperoni pizza. I love subway !

I got stale bread the last two times I’ve been there. I thought the first time was just an isolated incident and tried this location a 2nd time because it is so close to work. Stale bread again. Cant chew through it and it wouldn’t even tear when I tried to pull a piece off with my hand. They are clearly recycling unused bread from past days. Won’t go back. Waste of money because I had to eat the ingredients and toss the bread AGAIN.

Very nice employees here thus far. Traveling right now, and need decent wifi and both times I have stopped in, the young man and older gentleman are so nice. They don’t pressure me to buy something. I asked for water for our dog and he gave me a cup. Very nice people. Eating area generally clean. Bathrooms clean as well. Not open to “public” as in if they can tell someone uses drugs they won’t let you use it. They play fun, happy Bollywood music too which I love. #bekind

Worst experience EVER at subway! The kid put his hand in my face in order to get my to stop asking him a question regarding the pricing. Then he couldn’t put his phone down long enough to even try to explain what I was asking! Tej was his name and he said his family owns this business. I hope they realize how terrible their family member is with guests in their store. I will never come back!!!
