We ate an early dinner here on Thursday 10/10/24, and to say it was fantastic would be a severe understatement! Massive portions, excellent tasting food, great prices and THE best service. Do yourself a favor, if you want the best in authentic Mexican food, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

THEE best yet! Portion sizes are great! Street tacos were packed, a generous amount of WELL SEASONED meat. They also threw in grilled onions & pepper with the tacos which isn’t talked about enough ( ) Choriqueso is the best, was a little on the thick side but who doesn’t like em thick Ordered through Uber eats, but definitely plan on stopping in for round 2 soon. Kinda upset that I drove past this hidden gem ALL this time, and just assumed they had mediocre food like most of the Mexican restaurants in Johnson county.

Came in for a quick bite, after moving back to town recently. I was incredibly impressed with the service. Attentive and helpful, but not hovering or overly focused. The food, though! SO GOOD! The Supreme Nachos are as enormous as they are delicious. I had a street taco that was really tasty and my friend had a combo with soft shell tacos that were “juicy and packed full of flavor”! The food is fresh and the staff are friendly. Whether you’re looking for an inexpensive a la cart meal, a meal to share with a friend, or out for a fabulous dinner, I definitely recommend Si Senor 2.

My boyfriend and I were in Coralville and wanted Mexican food without having to go to North Liberty or Iowa City and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. I had the Mexican Flag enchiladas and my boyfriend had the Si Senor Fajitas. Both meals were delicious and the prices were very reasonable as others have said. Staff was attentive and very friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Excellent Mexican food for lower prices than other places! I got the burrito grande for $10. The waiter was nice. Also their baby seat is the best we’ve had in the area, some places the baby seat is old or broken, this one was new, plastic, and the strap was easiest to adjust. I think the atmosphere is more casual and low key than other places, but we don’t eat out for the decorations lol. We’ll definitely be back!

Not impressed. It is new and modern but food was bland and basic. It’s in a strip mall, pretty much an Applebee’s of Mexican. Did not see any Mexican people eating there, which should have been my first clue.
