These guys are great! With 6 kids and a few extras hanging out with us from time to time, we hit the mall food court up a lot. Easy to please everyone at 1 location. Even though most kids choose Subway! ☺️
These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.
The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.
We just want to say thank you all and give honor where honor is due! Thanks for taking great care of us guys!

They don’t even deserve 1 star! No one was at the counter! A couple of customers even rang the bell, but nothing! We had a mobile order and wondered if they were even open. Finally, our subs were made, and the guy finally appeared out of nowhere, and my meatball sub was terrible! It was all dried out and hard to eat! If we didn’t take our food home, I would have gone up to the counter and rang that bell until your disappearing 1 employee would have remade my sandwich! I’m never going to this location ever again! Why don’t you guys just shut it down if your 1 employee doesn’t even want to work! You lost business!

Wonderful experience at the Mall St.Matthews Subway. Friendly staff and consistently high health inspection score (100). I have eaten here every week for as long as I’ve worked in the area, I have never had any issues! By far the best Subway in Louisville!!

Amazing staff everyone there so so friendly! I work in the mall and sometimes it’s hard to get fast quality service, but this by far trumps them all! Not only is the food ready when I pay, it’s served with a warm smile! Love this subway! Wouldn’t go to any other store if someone paid me!

All I can say is WOW!!!!! I cannot believe what happened at this location today. Ordered the food online. Chose Contactless Curbside Pickup. Drove all the way around the mall trying to find Subway’s designated pick-up spot. Not one to be had. Parked and went inside to get my order. This is where it really goes down hill. Come to find out that their WiFi is down. Okay, that’s acceptable. My order never made it through. But, my bank account has been charged. I’m told I would have to wait until the lady’s husband gets there to get things taken care of. Which never happened, yet. Steve C. finally shows up and gets the WiFi up and running. But still no order. I show him my order from the Subway website and the text from my bank from where they took out the money. All I got was the runaround and sorries for them not being able to do anything. Nothing like getting treated as a common criminal just because someone tried to pull this stunt in the past. Their corporate help desk couldn’t do anything either. After a heated exchange I was given a number to call with an extension. When I got home I called that number and tried using the extension given to me. Doesn’t work. Dialed 0 on my next call and was told that the extension hasn’t been used in over a year. I told the person on the other end of the phone what happened at the location. Pretty much got the runaround there too. She did however let me know that it was up the store to give me a refund or not. I was also told, more than likely, that I would have to dispute the charges. Steve C., if you read this, you really better hope those charges fall off my account. And while you’re at it, you either need to learn something about customer service or, and this is probably the best option for you, sell your Subway franchise to someone that knows what they’re doing. If I could give you 0 stars I most definitely would.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nothing but nice things to say. This is a good court location, the other restaurants really aren’t as friendly. I shop at this mall a bunch. Will keep eating from this Subway when I need to grab a bite.

Got a kids meal for my daughter and asked if they could put marinara sauce on it. The woman acted like I was asking her to solve a physics problem. After asking her manager if she was allowed to do it, she completely ignored the fact that we were going to order 2 more sandwiches. On top of that, they upcharged us 2 dollars more for the marinara sauce on a kids sandwich. Ridiculous. We just left and my boyfriend and I went somewhere else to eat.
