Been to several subways and got a salad in lieu of a sub. Where has training gone? Who eats a salad with whole slices of meet and cheese? My name is Gary Rhodes I was lucky enough to get a job at Subway here in Brandenburg down on my luck broke they hired me the first week I was there I was fixing to get evicted the first week I was there the owner gave me $400 to pay for my rent not alone he gave it to me how many people do this, this gentleman the owner he does not even know me I’ve never met him I’ve seen him on on the phone we’ve chatted but that’s it this person is incredible and as far as the Subway store itself the employees I work today shift with three very very friendly and upbeat ladies they could not have been nice to me either besides the $400 they got me a $25 gift card at a restaurant, they did not have to do this these people are incredible unfortunately though this year has been a really bad year for me it’s been one thing after another and I have had to quit this store with a sad heart not because I love Subway because but because I love these people I’m heading back down south but I wish them the best nothing but the best thank you for everything

Subway was good overall. I have had better from this restaurant. The employees seemed to wish they were someplace else. But I can relate it to being tired and working long hours. They were not disrespectful by no means just not forthcoming with any extra conversation. The restaurant looked clean and was relatively busy. Another employee had to come from the back to assist but was polite and respectful about it. She washed and sanitized her hands before beginning and everyone had masks as required. The employees changed their gloves when appropriate which is good considering the virus threat. Employees were clean and correctly dressed. The rack that has the chips was fully stocked and a person would have several choices. The checkout was ok no problems. I did not go to the drink area. It was a good visit. Thank you
