The owner is extremely rude. The employee that made my sandwich was getting ready to wrap my sandwich, but the owner takes my sandwich from her, without washing his hands or putting on gloves, and proceeds to wrap my sandwich. When I asked why did he touch my sandwich, he got angry and threw away my sandwich, and he suggested that I not come back. I’ve supported his Subway locations in Columbus, MS since my adolescents, and after this experience, I assure that my family and I will no longer support this Subway franchise!

The food there is good, have eaten from there more than once. If I could say one thing, it would be the store does not honor their hours. Went there at 8pm on a Monday evening and the doors were locked. They are clearly open until 9 as there were 2 employees in the store, but they did not open the doors. That is why I have given this location a 3, because again the food is good for what it is, but it does not give the employees the right to close the doors whenever they choose to do.

Had a salad made by a young girl in training the manager black lady kept making her nervous the manager made me feel like I was taking to long to say what I wanted my salad made with. That why they got 3 stars. The young girl in training was nice the manager was not.

Workers and the Owner have very nasty attitudes. The customer service is terrible. I will never come to this subway again. To the owner teach your workers how to serve and talk to customers with respect but however you don’t have any respect for your customers either.

The reason I’m giving Subway in Columbus MS a low review is because it doesn’t accept coupons from its own Fanchise. I ordered 3 footloose online. I had a coupon for $17.99 ( Three footlongs). I ended up paying $35…see the difference?
