Well I placed a order online I get there go in order wasn’t ready and they wasn’t busy so I was like what in the world and online it tells you how long order will take It said it was ready I even took my time going so I get there food is not ready and this was the second time this has happened the 1st time they were still making food this time I get there food was not even being prepared or anything so I had to show them my whole meal receipt what I had ordered for them to know what I had ordered like it’s not a bad place because I love subway it’s just the speed of the service is a no like cause ain’t no way I order something on line and I wait a hr for food and ppl just walking in getting faster service than me I was pissed honestly

Really dry and hard old tasting bread, almost no meat in my sandwiches and so dry! Almost no sauce! Not even the veggies I requested were in the sandwiches. Terrible for $62 .

Very poor customer service. Lady could barley speak any English she kept trying to speak in Arabic. Definitely don’t recommend this location if you want them to make your food correctly. And supposedly it is against the law for them to accept coupons dont go here and try using the coupons you received in the mail!

I’ve been to Subways across the country and even in Asia. This location is the best!
I’m not sure if this location is brand new, but the place was incredibly clean. Usually you expect to see scratches and/or fingerprints on the glass, ingredients missing or strewn across the selection table, but none of that was here! The glass was super clean, making choosing my ingredients easy. Each of the ingredient bins were full and neat.
The staff were incredible too. Very friendly, charismatic and welcoming. And despite there being trainees at the time, service was really quick.
Lastly, my sandwich was just plain delicious. You’d think it would always be since you choose how it’s made, but sometimes there’s too much or too little of one thing or another, or maybe it was toasted too long, but my sandwich was perfect.
If this location was a bit farther away than another location, I would still drive to this location.

I ordered my food and noticed there were a lot of flies around. I politely asked the person making the sandwiches if, by any chance, the flies had touched the meat. I was thinking I might skip the salad but still take the sandwiches. Unfortunately, she responded very rudely, saying things like, “What do you want me to do about that?” and “What can I do with that?” I simply told her I didn’t want it anymore and left.
I chose not to say anything negative to her directly because I prefer to keep my peace rather than respond to poor treatment. I’ve always believed that kindness costs nothing. It wouldn’t have taken much for her to answer my question with respect.
