Ordered a 6 and they made a 12. Asked for mayo on the side in a cup. They said no after they had just given the customer in front of a me a cup of sauce. Said it was only for certain sandwiches. I was getting my meal for my flight tomorrow, that’s why I wanted it on side. No packets of mayo either

When I went to order my sandwich I told her I wanted a 6 inch and she gave me a 12 inch. Then when I told her the type of cheese I wanted I was told no and that it was only for certain sandwiches and that I was not allowed to get it on my sandwich. Then when I got to the vegetable part there were no bellpeppers and no salt or pepper so I walked away with a meat only sandwich for $7

The ladies that run the show here are fabulous! Unfortunately, this Subway [still] does not carry a vegan “protein” option. The loaded veggie sandwich with avocado is still delicious, although you have to pay extra for the avocado… even though you’re not getting cheese ♀️

Are we telling the employees to NOT put anything in the salads and wraps now? $8 for a bowl with 2 lettuce leaves and a pickle is not worth it! The wrap was just as bad! My husband kept saying…lettuce is cheap! Put some lettuce in it! She was literally picking up the lettuce one sliver at a time!

Rude. Rude. Rude. The employees seem to be having a party instead of working. Continually ignoring us and rudely asking what we want. On top of awful customer service, they can’t make a Flatizza, Salad or Sub to save their life. Save your money and eat at the awesome Bbq place 2 paces from it.

Got charged for extra spinach and black olives … and they do not give out water cups for free. Employees were rude and seemed to take advantage of the fact that they were on an Air Force Base and also that the majority of their customers are young and new to the military.
