Don’t know if all Subways operate in the same manner but this store will pick and choose which discount coupons you are allowed to use, if any. Other stores (Subways), that we frequent, will allow the use of whatever coupon you have as long as it’s not expired. A bit frustrating to save coupons so as to save money and then be told they are not accepted. Don’t send coupons if you’re not allowed to use them. What’s the point.

0 stars!!! Unacceptable behavior and horrible speech barrier. We came in one time and thought this place was convenient and we enjoyed the food. Today was NOT THE SAME. When ordering the person on the speaker could barely understand us and we could barely understand him. We get to the window and he asked us about the order all over again because he didn’t understand. No big deal, we got the food and I always check my food before I leave any establishment. So as I’m checking my food, I realize things are incorrect. We simply ask for it to be remade and to be done correctly. Food comes back wrong again. Female Manager walks up and tries to assist us but instead of apologizing and understanding and solving the problem, she snatched the food out of my friends hand and “remakes” my food. She didn’t remake it at all, she jumbled the food together and gave it back to us. It was cold to the touch. Very frustrating. So we sit in the drive through waiting for someone to come back so we can get a refund because at this point, I’m frustrated and hungry and I’ve received disrespectful behavior for no reason. She looks right at us and go out back to talk to a customer and give them their food. When we were the ones infront and having issues since we pulled up. I was appalled. We drove around and tried to tell her that what she did wasn’t okay and tried to explain that she didn’t remake the food. She insisted she did, she insisted they never make any mistakes and WE AS THE CUSTOMERS ARE WRONG…. Ok. Strange because if it was right and edible, we would have left with smiles on our face and not wasted 20-30 min for two subs. Absolutely ridiculous. She ran over our words every second we tried to speak and explain. She refused to listen to anyone but her own voice. I said” I asked you to remake it and you didn’t” she began to get very mad and we were like okay this is enough. Please just give us a refund. She took over 10 min to give the refund and still didn’t apologize or hold anyone accountable for their mistakes.

WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN. PLEASE GET NEW OWNERS YOUR STORE IS DEAD BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDES.

the newest owners are phenomenal! food is always fresh and tasty. the store is always clean or being cleaned. the customer service is great! very friendly people and atmosphere! highly recommend and hope they stay a while! i get no bready bowls because of keto, and they’re always extremely filling & flavorful.

As for the rating or review here at Subway, the food was great they even put an extra meatball on my sandwich for me. The service was outstanding they asked me if I wanted an extra meatball because every time I go in there I get the meatball sub you should try them sometime. And last but not least atmosphere was great. Thank you guys y’all did a wonderful job!

The food is good but the owners not so much. If your putting money in their pocket as a customer they are nice but if your an employee or family of an employee the owner (mainly the guy) is VERY RUDE. I was given nothing but attitude when i called or went up there in person. And when i called i was even hung up on. They really need to gwt some people skills. However the food is always good and the store is clean.

This place is the worse Subway in the county. Paper thin meat. You mostly get gummy bread. This place was good until the previous owner sold it to the new people. Staff is real rude and plus playing on their phones at the same time. Place is nasty. Won’t be going back ever.

I purchase a sandwich meal four to five times a week. I receive a warm welcome when I walk into the establishment not only from the staff but from other customers that frequent the business. I highly recommend the Bay St Louis subway location. By the way, the food is fresh and the building is clean.

Picayune “Walmart” Subway location is great. Friendly staff and fresh food. And fresh coffee…. Keurig coffee maker! Awesome!

I had a Philly cheesesteak . Very good.
Grandson had a ham and cheese footlong. Ate the whole thing!

I always leave a cash tip at the 2nd window, but they took out a tip on the my card without asking and I noticed. I confronted them, and they acted aloof. Be careful with your card around these folks. I’ll never go back. That was theft.
