Walked in around 1pm, they were handing lunch rush hour well.. watched the young lady make two sandwiches before I placed my order. I asked can you change you gloves please… she looked at me questioning as to why. I said, I don’t eat pork.. she says I didn’t know turkey was pork?!? I didn’t feel like explaining to her she make a sandwich with pork before the turkey. After going back and forth I asked to move forward with the order. She asked another employee to finish my order. He willingly did. She did change her glove when I asked but she wanted to discuss the matter with the customers behind me. Checked out while they talked about me, I hope she washed her hands after her smoke break as her cigarette was still sitting on the counter. Be mindful of people with allergies and who don’t consume certain foods etc.

A white lady who works in here,(with a subway shirt on) went behind the counter with a brown dog in her arms not once but twice. She was kissing on the dog from the moment she got out of her pewter colored truck all the way inside behind the counter. No animals should be allowed in the food establishment. Save yourself the headache and money. The customer service is bad, if you order food they just give you anything. The bread is stale some days and when you complain about how your order was completely wrong, they don’t own up to it.

Upon arrival the aroma of baked bread filled the air as I enterd the manager finished up her last customer they then departed happy and eager to return she turned and greeted me letting me know I was welcome in Subway and my order would soon be underway. With a snap the sandwich chef appeared from the back of the store brandishing stylish plastic gloves to keep my soon to be devoured wrap from rabid carnivorous bacteria. That was much appreciated, sandwich chef. The now plastic protected chef was very polite about asking which variety of toppings I preferred and finished by man-hulk twisting the wrap to perfection and slicing it in half like a samurai from a 1980s kungfu movie. In all I would say my experience was quick, pleasant, clean and I will return.

It was late and close to closing time so you could tell they were ready to go but they still made the order perfect. She said they’d had a busy day but they were still friendly. They were out of chocolate chip cookies and they had the fountain drink machine and turned off but it was still a good experience overall.

This review isn’t from my own experience but of the service I saw while waiting in line there. It was 06/26/19 at 1pm. While waiting in line behind a few people, I saw the employee (blond haired lady) treating the person ordering very rudely. The employee was unnecessarily arguing with her after she made a simple request. The employee kept saying “If you don’t like it, go to another Subway”. It was unnecessary and honestly uncomfortable. I left, along with other potential customers, without ordering a thing. I went to Jimmy Johns which was a more pleasant experience.
