I don’t know what is going on with Subway lately in Prentiss but they need to hire individuals who actually care about prepping (keeping fresh bread, knowing how to make and wrap a sub properly, ATTITUDE) and keeping the store clean. I will only go there from this day forward when the young lady Taquanna or young man Austin is there because she is very professional.

Subway food had got better. Food was So good I ate subway two days in a row. I had roasted beef sub. Delicious. I also had the oatmeal cookies. They was so good. The food service workers was awesome. Nice and friendly. Restaurant was clean.

The sweetest girl was working the morning of April 28th! She was by herself taking 3-4 orders at once, multiple people in there and I was in and out in 5 minutes!

There were only 2 people there during the lunch rush. 1 of them had to leave to get change from the bank. The wait was long but the employees were nice and the food was good.

Both of the young ladies working today around 145pm were very rude. The 2 customers ahead of me were outside talking about it when I come out. I figured when you order a subway melt that it would atleast be hot, the meat is still cold. You can order online and add or remove what you want from the melt but go into the store and they will not allow it.. and everytime someone or myself asked a question or said anything we got the most awful eye rolls.

This store opens late and closes early. This is the only subway i know that doesn’t open early like all the other subways the door said 9 at one point and they still never unlocked the door… It’s near 11/12 when it opens I’ll won’t recommend

My friend and I went here for lunch today. They were out of turkey meat and steak for their sandwiches. When customers asked for turkey the lady behind the bar replied, ‘We ain’t got no turkey’ and a similar answer was given when customers asked for steak sandwiches.
The bread for my sandwich was flat. I’ve never seen Subway sandwich bread that flat.
The lady behind the bar seemed to be more interested in flirting with a guy in the back corner than she was in making sandwiches for the customers.
When we were checking out at the register the lady at the register was very distracted by something on her smartphone.
One customer made a comment about this being the usual service at this location.
The food quality was okay, except for the flat sandwich bread.
