Worst experience today service was bad. One of your employees which is a girl that works in the back were the food is made had a major attitude because I had to get napkins she had a major attitude about that. An the big Mac could of been better with more pickles an there hamburgers need more ketchup and mustard and more then two pickles I think that color girl with glasses should be fired since she treats her customers with disrespect and attitude. Burger King has better hamburgers they put more ketchup and mustard and lots of pickles to.

They were short staffed, some of the employees that weren’t working were going behind in the serving area and grabbing stuff to eat. Our order came out wrong and when they corrected it, the correct order was cold. Disappointing.

Leaving Michigan going back to Chicago. Stop to get my grandkids something to eat at McDonald’s. Went through the drive thru, place order,then realize wanted something else was told couldn’t add, would need to try adding at window. Got to window customer service person wearing a hooded on his head. Paid for order, got to window to get order. They forgot a item was waiting to get,, when a young lady walk up and said you need to hurry up you already been here to long. If wasn’t for the kids would of gave the whole order back. They also got one of the kid meal wrong. Very rude employee will never go to this establishment again if I’m ever in Michigan. Lousy customer service.

Seems like a clean and neat place but the breakfast quality was not so good. Ordered a sausage biscuit and it seems they microwaved it for too long. The biscuit was hard as a rock and my orange juice was watery. The hash browns were good.

This McDonald’s is Terrible! They was sooooo ghetto! Girl hands me cold fries tonight so I give them back 15 seconds later she re drops some more fries, bag them, and hands it to me while laughing with another worker not saying sorry or thank you, not nothing!!! I work at a McDonald’s and I know how re dropped fries look and taste. I let it go because I knew I would end up just getting a refund instead of quality fries and my kids really wanted the fries. I get home and look at the burger and the meat was very wide something I only see when the meat was cooked on the wrong setting! They served me meat that was not cooked properly, as a McDonald’s grill cook I clearly seen that and have videos and pics ! I did not call because I didn’t want any more food from that place! I now don’t even want McDonald’s again !
