I hit this drive-through two or three times a week in the morning for breakfast. The ladies that greet you at the window are some of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to the food was hot and absolutely top-notch. I know what you’re thinking. This is a McDonald’s, correct and it’s held to a very high standard, which I appreciate.

I have stopped in here a couple times for work travel and this one is awesome. Customer service is awesome and staff are kind of friendly. Clean dinning area as well as the food came out hot and fast. I will definitely be stopping in here every time I’m in the area.

GAVE ME A RAW BURGER. Received a burger half cooked. Called to get one re-made (I wad SUPER nice. I used to work at McDonald’s so I know the in’s and out’s). The man I talked to was obviously annoyed with my calls he had a horrible attitude. He said I can come in a get one re made. So I walk to the doors and sure enough , they’re locked. I call back again and he says “yeah I forgot to tell you they are locked”. Doesnt apologize and tells me to get in the drive thru. Mind you there’s like 6 cars and this McDonald’s is the slowest one I’ve been to and also notoriously known for being slow. So I hang up and drive away. Also, took my 20 minutes to get my food. What happened to FAST food?
Also, this is NOT the first time I’ve had problems here. I went here in February and once again, waited 30 minutes to get my food. This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE.

Expect them to get your order wrong on the first try. Terrible customer service, they will argue with you when you try to get them to correct their mistakes. Unbelievable.

Order two double cheeseburgers with 3 toppings. Not hard. They messed it up again, just like in my previous post. The night manager was once again rude and asked, “what do you want me to do about it?” I was 20 mil away and can’t return the food, he refuses to fulfill my order at a later date. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. This guy is extremely unprofessional and from the reviews has caused this place much business and now along with my business. When he gets fired maybe you guys will see a turnaround. It’s not hard to read a ticket, admit when you make mistakes, and having just simple customer service skills. These managers don’t have these skills, let alone the employees. I will be reporting these experiences to the company and the city board as not only has this place proved to be incapable to conduct its service, it is damaging the reputation of the local businesses and city itself.

I legit watched one of the employees making the breakfast burritos while using his phone and not change his gloves. Then DROPPED a burrito qrapper on the ground and pick it back up and use it… not to mention the music playing in the kitchen was loud enough for customers to hear (was absolutly not appopriate music). Food was also pretty crappy and almost all employess seemed like they hated their life just being there

Normally the service and food is up to my standards, however tonight’s staff was rude, disrespectful and threatening. I normally place 2 orders with no issues due to one always being a mobile order. Tonight I was rudely told they do not accept multiple orders at a time when I was the ONLY car in line. After placing my order, I was told for my mobile order I had to get back in line! On top of that I was then threatened with the police and not to be serviced once i proceeded to explain that me getting back in line made no sense considering my mobile order was ready! I am normally an everyday visitor due to my kid being a picky eater yet this experience have concluded my time spending my hard earned money at restaurants with staff who clearly don’t like their jobs! P.S all of that to also get served a old fish sandwich and cold cheese smh

I waited a half hour for my food, then they forgot my drinks and sauce. I also had got a French Vinalla ice coffee and it had no syrup pump, they made it 2 times and still didn’t add the syrup to it. My burger was super dry and hard, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had

Not my first time here, only stop because it’s convenient.
Rarely are my hash Browns crispy in the morning. There’s been multiplications where I don’t get my extra hash Brown.
Sitting at the drive through speaker could take 10 seconds or 10 minutes. It’s a crapshoot.
Today I show up at 5:30 AM. The arches are lit the menus on All the lights are on inside.
Stands to reason, they’re open
No, response at the box, so I pull up to the window.
And this girl gives me a dirty look and signals that they are closed.

Asked for a side of Mac sauce at the speaker bc the app doesn’t make it possible to add a side of Mac sauce or to add Mac sauce on your burger and the lady said “I got you love.” When I got my food it wasn’t in there so I asked for the side of Mac sauce & this is how it came. I don’t even want to eat now bc it makes me think something was done to it for asking for a side of Mac sauce… So sorry for the inconvenience. I get McDonald’s frequently but I will not ever return to this location.
