I’d give no stars if I could. Walked in at 8:25pm asked for 3 foot longs. Young boy behind counter said “We close at 8:30 so let’s be hasty about this”. Sign on door says they close at 9:00pm. No other customers in restaurant except there was one young girl sitting in corner on her phone. Now tell me he wasn’t trying to leave early hmm! Needless to say I had a few choice words for his disrespectful self. After walking out he turns and leans across counter and gets on his phone. I took pictures of the hours of operation on door and the sign that was turned off he noticed he was in view of camera he jumps up and starts moving. Drove back by 15 mins later, the store sign is on and shinning bright, imagine that!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. I never would’ve spent this money if I would’ve known how horrible it would’ve been! Nobody is answering the phone when I’m trying to call to get my order fixed. This chicken chipotle was supposed to have no tomatoes no spinach no green pepper no cucumber, There’s barely any chicken on it and it’s covered in salad toppings! I am so aggravated. I can’t go anywhere because me and my daughter tested positive for COVID-19 so this has me so upset! I also paid extra for sliced avocado, and smooshed avocado. The sandwich is still wrapped up and ready to be returned and thrown out for my refund!

How is this place still in operation? On Friday at lunchtime, an employee locked the door for no understandable reason! When I stood outside at the door confused, reading the hours posted on the door and observing the neon OPEN sign flashing, she began screaming at me. SCREAMING. I filed a complaint on the Subway website and received an insincere form apology from the owner stating that” good help is hard to find.” Seriously? If this is how he runs his franchises, imagine the state of hygiene and food prep standards inside. Appalling.

Staff was Pleasant very efficient really good sandwiches choices though this location does not participate the monthly coupons offered by parent company. Don’t bring coupons they don’t take them

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been too. The workers do not know how to make sandwiches having to ask each other what goes on what sandwich. There was a gd kid running around the food as they were making sandwiches. How professional is it to have your gd kid running around crying then feeding the kid off the food line while making sandwiches. Then on top of that and the filthy appearance of the store they burned my gd bread. We won’t ever go back to this Subway. Whoever the manager or district manager is should be a lot more active. Either that or they are incompetent too.

I don’t even want to give them one star!!! This subway should really close down!! We walked in to one of the workers yelling and cursing at the other worker, lids to meat and veggies thrown all over the top of the bar. The Lettuce was brown!! The restaurant was filthy!! I really wish I would have taken a picture! It was awful!! After trying to get a wrap and realizing the employee was not only RUDE but had no clue what she was doing, we left! I would not recommend eating here!!
