Terrible hygiene practices. Observed employee cutting up ham for a protein bowl on the counter with nothing underneath it. I saw another customer have an employee redo an order because the employee used the same gloves she was wearing to open the oven and fix her sandwich. Once when I asked for ranch dressing, the employee placed the plastic tops down with the inside part on the counter and then put it on top of the plastic cup. I won’t be eating there again!

I understand that you want us to wear a mask but when the employee walks out an hands my kids masks with thier hands holing it where my kids will have them on thuer face ….no this is not ok an a 5 yr old is not required to wear a mask an when I said something the employee got offended an said I just washed my hands doing dishes. I dont care I juat used hand sanitizer aswell but that dosent matter. Never hand a mask to anyone. All you are doing is promoting the spread of every germs that you have on you to the next person… lost a good while family as customers an this was the absolutely worst 1st impression you can make on a new customer….. never will be back again

The only time you will get good service is when the manager is there! I’ll min here alot the other night the girl stopped fixing my sandwich went and texted on her phone and came back and finished my Sandwich the sign says they close at 10 pm that’s a joke more like 9:15- 9:30
