Horrible customer service, first off, the door says they open Monday-Friday at 8:00 I go inside of the OPEN door and was told that “I just got to work we closed” and I replied “well what time are y’all open?” She replied “supposed to be 9” but the door says 8 sooo?? Everytime I’ve come to this location in particular she has the worst attitude.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is my worst experience in all of the Subways across the states . The staff kept giving a blank stare and made a big deal out of the whole ordering experience. I was even scared for my own safety there. They also didnt allow me to pay with subway gift card . Please do not go to this branch

Always poor customer service. I live close to this Subway and don’t eat Subway nearly as much as I would like due to the customer service. One lady was even the manager. I put effort into making sure I was easy to serve and these employees still find a reason to express sarcasm or have an attitude. Plus side is I have been able to try other local restaurants due to avoiding this one.

As for this Subway, it was pretty much as expected like all the others…the food was Mmmmm Mmmmm Good! I never can say anything bad about it, some of the best sub’s you will ever find in any city, town, or state! I can’t wait for my next visit to indulge in a Philly Cheese Steak Sub…oh yeah, 12 inches of course!

Everytime I go to this subway during the daytime, the Indians I’m guessing who own it, have the nastiest attitudes with asking simple things that you ask them and talk to customers any kind of way. I’ve never had a problem during the evening times, but it never fails that they always are rude. This last experience is definitely my last time supporting this subway.

I ordered my food and they canceled my order and I never got my money back or my food they also don’t honor there coupons and one time my fiance and I just pulled up and they were open for another hoir and theybclosed right as we got there… I will not be going back to that subway ever do not recommend going there
