Im a trucker not from the area & was looking for some good pizza to try. Called in my order for delivery to my truck at a local business & was very pleased they would deliver to me. Ordered a small half Hawaiian half pepperoni & mushroom on thin crust, & ordered their rib dinner as well for later. Both items were delicious! The order was hot when it arrived & it was delivered surprisingly quick. Both order taker & delivery man were very polite & friendly. Would definitely order again if ever in the area! Thank you for my yummy food! =)

I am writing this review because I honestly didn’t think they would take my phone call. I have been very pleased with your service in the past but tonight was not so. I was told at 4:06 CST that my order would be delivered in a little better than an hour. It did not get here until 5:44. I called several times because I was hungry and upset. When the order finally arrived, my brother-in-law’s combo sandwich had no sweet peppers or sauce, both of which were included in the order request. As I said in the past i have been very pleased. but when I called i really felt that I was a customer to whom attention was not paid; i was spoken to curtly and was really disappointed in the entire situation. I thought it is important for you to know and that part of the order was not what was ordered.

This place has good pizza at a reasonable price. They also have good sandwiches and sides. I enjoy the fact that my order is always accurate. I have had problems at other local pizza places forgetting items, but pizza Mia always gets it right.

I bought a groupon for Pizza Mia in Frankfort, I didn’t realize it was take out and delivery only, not dine in. Even so, I ordered/picked up a small The Chub, and a sausage thin crust pizza. I have to say, OMG THE CHUB IS FABULOUS! What an awesome pizza. The sausage pizza was great too. I am going to bring the menu into my work tomorrow, and tell them to order from here next pizza day!

Ordered from this location numerous times. Made an order, 30 minutes later they called and stated I was out of their delivery range. Awful service. Great food… But AWFUL service. We called in an hour before we went to pick up the food and we placed our order and stuff. Then we get there and we werent even in the system. So we decided to pay for it and have it delivered, and she took the cost for delivery off because they messed up. But then she tried to charge us for it. So we went home and then we got a call later saying that she couldnt have the pizza delivered because U MUST PAY for delivery. We got irritated and got a refund. And wont be coming back unless its a pizza emergency Jsyk.

I ordered a ultimate platter which was thrown together in the box. I ordered Chicken Tenders which was ok. The four Cheese Sticks were terrible, there was no cheese in two of the cheese sticks. The Onion Rings were fried to hard and burnt. That is all that I have eaten from this resturant but for $14, I could have went somewhere else. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

We didn’t even get to try the food — the online ordering system seemed very convenient but it ended up not working at all.
Apparently the driver tried to deliver food and was somehow “unable” to. The online system had even told us that the pizza left the store yet…
We put in our address correctly (the phone girl repeated it back to me); yet, the driver didn’t even ring our buzzer.
