Stopped here on a trip through. I wished we would have looked at reviews before we went. We ordered a salad and a wrap.
There were 8 items missing from my salad and 4 items missing from my daughter’s wrap. We both ordered avocado, paid for it but didn’t get it. We also ordered a churro and when my daughter asked about it, the girl answered something we didn’t understand then, “call the guy”. Call what guy??

Turn around, or keep headed where you’re going. You will be blatantly scammed by the incompetent workers here. No manager is ever present, and they’ll charge you for your food any amount they please. No two orders come out to the same price.
On top of that, bathrooms are disgusting, food stock is low meaning they’re missing everything except wheat and flatbread when it comes to sandwiches. Food is not heated to the proper temperate when toasted, comes out cold.

This subway had the sweetest sandwich makers the girl making our flat bread sandwich was in a good mood i could tell by her tone cause with the masks on you can’t tell if anyone is smiling.. both of them were talking to us. I am a talker.. i enjoyed going to a place to get food and actually talk to the people and not just ordering . Its nice when you get good customer service and they definitely have it…

My wife and I visited this Subway on September 24 with our special needs grandson. He cannot have any gluten and we explained this to the staff. We informed them we had our own bread. She explained the she couldn’t use our bread which we understood. Then she offered to fill his order and we could make his sandwich, which we did. The staff was very understanding and polite. I wish I could give this establishment six stars.

I come to sub way may 5 times out of a month every time I come in there they hav the same smart mouth rude people that don’t fixed ur order right I buy 3 subway every time u can ask them don’t put al lot of vegetables on it but they be talkin to other people not paying attention if I’m paying 17.00 to 20.00 for sum food I want it my way this were the manager an coworker that I had words with them I couldn’t use my coupons cause it were tore sign unsatisfied customer

Its decent. As far as Subways go it’s cleaner than most. Sometimes their selection is limited but that’s likely due to it being the only decent place to eat within 20 miles of Holmes CC.

On my visit today, I got tuna melt and clearly toppings are very limited. Worker asked if I wanted red onions and I asked if I could get bell peppers cause they are shown on display photo and coworker was like no not suppose to but guy added them. So my suggestion is that unless you basically just want meat and cheese on your sub then get a melt but if not don’t.
