We got there it was pretty dead. Food was good and uniform. My wife and I watched as a big wave of people suddenly came in. Liz and Josh T both handled it with professionalism and composure even through multiple very rude customers. One in particular seemed to just want a free sandwich after complaining, but Liz resolved the issue quickly and politely while standing her ground that the customer couldnt keep the “bad” sandwich after making a replacement. I was thoroughly impressed with their speed, composure, and professionalism throughout my whole time in the store.

We order our sandwiches through the app. If you order your sandwich make sure to see it they can make the bread fresh. The bread we got for our sandwiches were tough, and my bread tastes gross like it was stale it just didn’t taste right on the top and bottom bread we’ve always get our sandwiches at the Fulton Mississippi Subway and never had a problem before this is our first complaint since we’ve been going through a lot of time when I have doctor’s appointments the customer service is always pleasant and inside their store is always clean it’s just a sandwiches this time is not very good the bread wasn’t it really did tasted nasty stale bread. I just want to make your managers aware of it maybe not save the bread if you don’t have to cuz really it doesn’t taste good money for my sandwiches I will like fresh bread

We ate here for dinner on December 15, 2025.
There were 2 workers when we were here, Liz and Josh T. They were beyond patient with some very difficult customers. This all happened within 20 minutes- 1st there was a middle aged couple taking FOREVER to order a joint sandwich, they came back in to complain the TOASTED BREAD was too hard, complained it was made wrong even though they watched her make it, made Liz remake it, and tried to leave with both sandwiches. Then they had like 8 people come in at once, one of them tried to go behind the counter to get her own chips as Liz and Josh were telling her not too. (They both had their hands in sandwiches) They aren’t exactly kids, but these 2 kept their composure incredibly well to be as young as they are. When the difficult customers left, I apologized on their behalf’s. Their responses- “oh it’s not problem, everyone has those days!” I believe they at LEAST need a good handshake.

young girl , young lady or whatever was rude and act like she couldn’t put my drinks in a bag. If you don’t want to do your job then don’t work there . I know for sure I said double cheese but she did extra.

Happy to have stopped in today while out showing property in Fulton. The employees were cordial and fun, and my turkey sandwich was made to perfection. Parking was easy, the line moved quickly, and I had fun with the staff. It was a pleasant experience and I will be back.

The night shift at this location doesn’t pay attention to the special instructions on mobile orders. Past few orders I put in at night especially after never have meatballs why pull them at 10 when you have 2-3 hrs left before close.

My husband and I eat here once a month or so. The service is never bad, but there are some who you can tell aren’t super happy with their job. One gentleman was incredibly helpful, and I hate that I forgot his name. I wanted to try something new and asked for his input. He asked what I usually get and used that info to suggest one of the newer sandwiches, so I decided to try it. It was good! He also told me about a sauce he thought I might like & gave me a sample of it in a little cup. It was amazing! The food is always good though.

If you order online, check your sandwiches before you leave! I ordered 3 sandwiches online and picked up in store. All 3 were missing meat, were thrown together with condiments I didn’t order and were put on the wrong bread. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened.
