Ordered a footlong sandwich through the mobile app and once I got home I noticed that my other sandwich had been eaten and they left the bread in the wrapper to show me that it have been eaten. I AM SO PISSED I DONT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO NOBODY. Then the manager saying the only way she can fix it is making the other half of the sandwich. I said no ma’am if they ate my other half of the sandwich I want a whole new sandwich.

So my sub was correct likely completely, but I ordered three chocolate chip cookies. When I opened the bag I realized there were two extra cookies that werent chocolate chip which was nice cool I just thought they gave me two extras. None of the cookies were chocolate chip. They instead gave me three raspberry and the like red velvety looking ones. Why send me 5 cookies I didn’t order instead of refunding the ones I did order?

I was greeted immediately as I walked in. The service was excellent. It was right at lunchtime and I got my order prepared and paid for in about 10 minutes. All of the items in the prep table looked very fresh. The store was nice and clean. Subway has really stepped up their menu with toasted and hot sandwiches. Check out their menu online for all of the items, as there are way too many to list.

We usually order our subs with the app and pick up ourselves. Orders are usually in the time suggested. Service is friendly.

Rude individual working behind the counter, even forgot to add the cookies to my order yet charged me for them. I didn’t even notice until I was back at work and sitting down to eat lunch. I called and let them know, would have to go back there to fix the mistake (Doesn’t help that I threw the receipt away while filling my drink).

Ordered a pick up order. 3 toppings were missing. And seeing as how I only ordered 4 toppings I was very upset! literally just had lettuce and mayo on 2 foot longs. And none of the 3 were toasted.. they said they were out of 1 topping, but not 3! Just lazy don’t care! We also got there at the time it said it woukd be ready and they hadn’t even started making it. If I would have went in instead of my son I wouldn’t have let them make my sandwiches without 3 toppings.

Was only 1 person working when we got there and you could tell she was tired. It was about 1:30 and there was a pretty good line. Even tho she was tired she still had a smile and was friendly. Food was good like usual but the service we got from that woman was great.
