I was told they don’t honor the coupon as it is printed I have to get sandwich they choose. The coupon tells you what is excluded. Thanks but no thanks. The tall dark skinned lady with the braids is very rude

The food was good but as I was ordering my food. I over heard a woman work in there said I talk too much. like it’s a problem. and I only was ordering my food . That’s was very rude of her to say that . She need to be reported and out door before she run all subway customers away. This was on yesterday around 7 pm. The girl are dark skin with braids.

Usually I love Subway, but the last time I ordered from the Subway in Indianola, MS, they forgot the Sweet Onion Dressing, tomatoes, onions, and the bread was something I did not order. I ordered Itallian bread. The Subway in Cleveland, MS is fantastic. The staff smiles and greets, they actually give you exactly what you order. That Subway is the home of great sandwiches and great people.

Upfront disclosure – I really like Subway. I want consistency in product and Subway provides that wherever I go. Our local store has an excellent staff. The ladies that work there are super efficient even over other Subway stores I have been in. I recommend this particular store by giving it 5 stars. I rarely give such a rating.

They were “out” of pepper and tomatoes. But as I learned they were just too lazy to cut up a tomato. Person at counter was one of three: rude, not trained properly, or just plain dumb. Anyway the customer after me got tomatoes without question. I asked for manager, which was the same as the clerk above! Never stop there again!

Usually I enjoy this location and have a pleasant expierience but this evening I had the misfortune of having my 2 steak wraps prepared by a young lady who I was told was named Calena (Selena). I simply told her there were too many onions one , at which point she looked annoyed, so she took some off and placed them on the second one. My final request was chipotle sauce at which she obliged but I asked for “a little more” on each one at which point she squeezed an extremely excessive amount on each one still appearing annoyed with a look like “I’ll give you more”.With a puzzled face and opened mouth of surprise I told the cashier who was about to cash out my order that that was unnecessary, uncalled for and rude and that I’ll just pay for the sandwich that my 12yr old ordered and that I didn’t want the wraps. Calena/Selena’s unfriendly and rude service just cost you a faithful customer. I refuse to patronize this Subway.

On Fri. I visited Subway I ordered chicken n bacon ranch 12 inch which was $8.99..i ask about a cookie got 2.. the lady said yes and you get a drink with meal..I question the total..I look at my bill they charged me $2.60 for the bacon. I ask why charge for the bacon which comes with the sandwich..she explained something. From $8.99 to $13.89 I was charge for cookie drink and bacon. Well should have followed my first mind got chicken..here I was trying to eat healthy.

Love subway but not when I get home 20 miles away to eat my sandwich only to discover there’s no Chicken!!!!! Terrible, how does one leave off the meat??????? Technology got me this time but I’ll go in to order from now on. A shame people can’t pay closer attention to their job Indianola subway
