We are a small family ran cafe in Delta Colorado we offer from scratch Biscuits cinnamon rolls and sticky bun. All of our meat is from homestead meat right here in Delta everything is from Delta country.Try our burgers and you’ll be hooked!The Durango breakfast burrito is fantastic with pork green chili or our fresh made sausage gravy or both! Rocky Mountain Biscuits are as big as the Rockies! We’re always adding more to our menu so check us out!! Red and green chili. Come in and give us a try!! 702 West 5th street In Delta. Little rustic gem of a cafe! Hard to discern where it was among the buildings that looked like no more than sheds, including Bubbadut’s (ha). My spouse wanted chicken-friend steak and they offer a breakfast with it in sizes from 4oz and up. I wanted a burger without bun, and got the green chile burger with fries. BOY what great fries! The burger was okay but instead of served on lettuce, it was sitting in a puddle of chile (not really their fault since I didn’t specify the lettuce etc) Chile good but ‘redder’ than I’m used to, yet not too spicy. The owner (Bubba?) is a big friendly guy who teased me about carbs and seems to know everyone who walks thru the doors, which makes sense since this place is obviously a local fav. Server was very nice and efficient. The place looks like kind of like a dump inside, with walls not even finished with drywall and tons of random decor – but who cares if the food is good? And it was. We’ll be back to try other things.

If you’re looking for comfort food, Bubbaduts Cafe delivers. The biscuits and gravy were excellent—the biscuits were fluffy and the gravy and green chilli was seasoned perfectly. It’s hard to find a spot that gets the consistency just right, but they nailed it. Great coffee and friendly service too!

As a traveler I’m always looking for authentic experiences, and Bubbadut’s serves that right up. This joint is right next to/part of a cattle yard (not sure if I’m calling it the right thing). Seemed like most of the customers were either locals or maybe workers from the cattle yard. Either way, it’s the real deal. Seemed like the cook was also the owner, he was sure to check that everybody was happy with their food.
My chicken fried steak was excellent, the gravy was very good. Hash browns were good, french toast was decent. Also, the chocolate chip cookies they sell at the register, A++ highly recommend. Homemade and delicious.
If you’re looking for an authentic, small town, just high quality food experience, this is it. It’s a rarity and it’s well worth the visit. Oh and cheap! Great value for the amount of food you get.

I took my daughter in this morning for some breakfast. We are so excited to have a new breakfast option on Sundays! The service was so quick! Our meal came out faster than any breakfast location I’ve found in Delta. The waitress and the owner were so welcoming and friendly. They were already sold out of their Cinnamon Roll, so we tried a Sticky Bun instead (it was pure heaven). My daughter had The Stockyard Breakfast and I tried the Biscuits and Gravy. Both meals were wonderful. But I have to say, it was the best Biscuit and Gravy that I have had in years. I will definitely be back soon. Even their lunch special that was listed sounded fantastic. I’m going to have to make this a regular spot.

Tried Bubbaduts based on the logo/billboard in Orchard Mesa (I’m an easy sell!) I ordered the biscuits and gravy with green chili and eggs on them.
My sunny side up eggs were quite literally served to me with the clear yoke VERY much present. Not cloudy, just pure clear egg yolk. I don’t know if they thought the residual heat would finish cooking them or what, but that should have been my warning sign.
I had to use both hands on my fork to get through my biscuit, because it was possibly 2 days old and likely left uncovered during that time. Extraordinarily hard! It was also extremely sour in the middle, indicating spoilage.
My girlfriends waffle was also very difficult to cut through. We believe it was also not made for our order, nor made the day we ordered it.
The green chili was okay. Spiced much differently than we are used to in this area, but not bad still. Very little, if any, heat but I was able to salvage a few spoons of it from my plate.
This place is going to get people sick, and I feel sorry for the residents of Delta eating here if this is the best breakfast they have available. No real review of the service, as there wasn’t much interaction. The server and cook were friendly. One and done for us for this business!

Great food… good size portions. And great quality and price. I had burger and wings. Delicious!
Everyone was super friendly and nice to talk to. Waitress was attentive and even the owners greeted us and checked on us.
Bathrooms were some of the cleanest I’ve seen.
We found this place after Google prompted us with “where the locals eat”.
We’ll definitely be back.

We were searching for a new breakfast spot. Decided to drive from montrose to delta and give this place a try. It was fabulous! The owner, John, gave us a warm welcome. He explained everything is locally sourced and made from scratch. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito smothered with green chili, and the breakfast platter. Not a huge selection on the menu but all the flavors were on point. I’d rather have a few options done perfectly than a huge menu that is just ok. John even checked back to see how everything was tasting. Excellent service. The green chili was so good that i asked for a sample of the red chili. Super tasty and i got a bowl to go to have for dinner. The scratch made biscuits were so good that we ordered a cinnamon roll and sticky bun to go for a treat later in the day. Wow! This place is DELICIOUS. Thursdays are the cattle auction. After our huge breakfast we walked off some of those calories looking at cows and pigs. All and all it was a great breakfast and experience that took us out of our normal routine. Thanks Bubbaduts!

What a wonderful “new” restaurant for Delta! Cute restaurant, menu offered a good variety and reasonable prices..quick service BUT large helpings, you have to get full! Cinammon rolls are beyond yummy! Best chicken fried steak around and the breakfast burrito was delicious and our pancake was big enuff for 2 to share! Will definitely be back! And very friendly cooks!!!

The biscuits and gravy and the biscuits and gravy platter with the green chili and eggs are absolutely awesome. The sticky bun and the cinnamon rolls are huge and just too much dough for us! The atmosphere is cozy and it is wheelchair accessible and John gives a 10 percent military discount.
