On August 6, 2025 I placed an online order. I’m 2 minutes away from location. I ordered a 6″ cold cut combo sub. Upon disappointment of presentation, I immediately called store described my concerns and was told to come back for remake. Over the phone I informed person that I have a photo taken of sub. Basically the manager over talked and blamed new hire . Manager never spoke to me when I returned back to store at all. She was agitated as of it was her sandwich. Very rude, dismissal of me out store. Literally lettuce is old, customer behind asking if they can shake the pan. I have pictures, the manager is the problem. Would not recommend

Subway is Subway is Subway. The difference is the person working behind the counter. The person who obviously didn’t want to touch my hands. Black doesn’t rub off, no matter what people think. It’s just amazing how people absorb our racism. The cashier dropped the change in my hand so he wouldn’t have to touch me, then immediately reached over the counter to use hand sanitizer. I can get Subway somewhere else. I don’t need to go where I’m not wanted. So, I won’t.

Wanted eat healthier so I started getting salad and it was $12.09 from my $5.49 6inch. They charged me this for a month until I showed receipts from 3 subways in Southaven and hornlake and asked them why, as I was ordering, Owner Said “Not all Subways the same, this not Memphis.” I showed him address proving it was 10mins away in Southaven, then I told him to keep the salad, I’m not coming back. I was going here for more than 6 months getting spicy Italian. Owners are rude, rush you just to have you repeat your order over and over. Honestly I wouldn’t hire them if the weren’t business owners.

I haven’t done a review until now, but my bad experience happened late Summer of 2024.
One of the employees had sneezed away from the sandwich station, blew his nose on the paper towel, rubbed his hands on the same paper towel, and proceeded to put on plastic gloves to fix my sandwich. I watched him the whole time and told him he needs to wash his hands first. He got embarrassed and washed them, put on clean gloves to make my sandwich.
I never went back again. I will go to the Elvis Presley location or Goodman Road for now on.

Came on here to tell how I pulled in off the Xway for a quick restroom break and sub. They told me that the bathrooms were out of order so I went to Wendy’s which offered a nice bathroom and meal. After reading these terrible reviews I believe I was lucky I didn’t get one of their subs.
