The worker was very impatient and yelled at my wife when she came in for her online order. I understand this worker may have been stressed or upset but the store was slow and my wife was just being kind. My wife comes to this location all the time and it’s not okay to treat customers this way. Please don’t let this happen again.

Sean was the best customer service I’ve ever received from a Subway. It was late just got off work at midnight and hungry. Drove all the way from Monterey to find something open. Stumbled upon a subway still open on willow. I walked in and was I’m immediately welcomed in with a friendly face by Sean. He used proper cleanliness and customer service. Was able to answer all my question. I settled on an chicken, bacon, ranch sub with his recommendation. And boy was he right it was amazing. I’ve had it from a different subway and it didn’t taste as good as the one from him. 5 stars for Sean. He made my stressful night better and soothed the hangry person I became. Anyways your worker deserves a raise!

Stopped by Subway last minute today with my family. You can’t go wrong with Subway There are plenty of options for both adults and kids. My wife went with a ham sub, my boys got the cheese and steak subs.
Even though it was the busiest time of day, the older lady behind the counter was kind, patient, and handled everything with ease. The place is spacious enough for a comfortable meal and conversation, with plenty of parking and easy access off a busy street in Cookeville.
The only downside? Prices. Two footlongs and chips, no drinks, came out to $27, which feels a bit steep. Not something we’ll visit often, but a nice splurge once a quarter.

The worker on Saturday was stressed and I get to be stressed out at work but I spoke up for what I wanted because he was messing my stuff up. He didn’t toast it, nor put the sauces I wanted on it. Instead he slammed stuff down saying he hates this job. Gives me a cold sandwich which I didn’t want. Huffed and puffed and was just so mean.

We are sitting here right now and we were treated rudely by a woman with short hair and messed up teeth in a pink uniform. We are on our lunch break and my daughter and I accidentally drunk bleach! She got a drink and told me to take a sip and it was bleach! We did not notice the lid was taken off and the bleach was even the same color as the tea! I know accidents happen, but this woman treated us like we were stupid and didn’t even offer us a new cup! I had to ask for it. Then she proceeds to laugh about it to the other workers and customers! I will be contacting corporate! If we end up sick, I will get my lawyer involved.

The employees at this particular location are always super friendly! I wish I had the name of the lady that served me and my friends on April the 20th at like 11:00 p.m. ish.
